Bought this blind based on the notes and price. The packaging is super simple, which is rare for Arab perfumes that usually expect such ostentation. The bottle is heavy, made of good glass, with a solid cap that closes well. The scent is a masterpiece: sweet, sparkling vanilla with soft critics bathed in lots of chocolate. It’s like a candied lemon tart dipped in chocolate, super indulgent. Reminds me of Devotion but more potent, with more vanilla, more candied elements, and chocolate. It projects strongly from the start, at 30 cm after two hours, and lasts on the skin for up to eight hours. Within minutes, the white flowers open up—the incredibly sweet jasmine and a creamy note like panna cotta. It’s a vanilla lemon pie with chocolate shavings and a hint of rum, delicious without being cloying. You can detect the tonka bean and musk; the tonka gives incredible sweetness while the musk adds a woody touch with tremendous longevity. It’s marketed as unisex but I see it as very feminine, ideal for cold or intermediate seasons (in summer, it’s not unnoticed at night). Lasts hours on skin, blooms with body heat, and lingers on clothes for several days. Totally recommended.
If Al Rehab’s ‘Soft’ and ‘Choco Musk’ had a child, it would be Musk Halima. It smells very citrusy, but a sweet kind, like a lemon tart with dark chocolate. In its dry down, I notice a powdery touch, a mix of citrus and sweet dust. I’ve liked it so far and want to give it more chances to see how it evolves.
