LAFCO New York introduces Midnight Aura in 2026, a floral fruity fragrance made for both men and women.
Created by Jérôme Epinette, it pairs prickly pear and raspberry up top with rose and cactus flower in the heart, then musk, cedar and amber in the base.
The opening feels bright and juicy with a green edge. Prickly pear brings a watery, cactus-like freshness, while raspberry adds sparkle without turning overly sweet.
At the center, rose takes over in a smooth, velvety way. Cactus flower keeps it airy and transparent, pulling the classic floral note into more modern territory.
The drydown softens considerably. Musk gives a powdery skin effect, cedar adds dry, polished structure, and amber wraps everything in warm resinous depth.
The overall profile stays truly unisex. Ambery, musky, rosy and green facets meet a faint animalic touch, balancing romance with a crisp, plant-like coolness.
