Descripción

Magic Pie by Pastor Privé Parfums is a citrus gourmand creation designed for men and women. This fragrance, signed by perfumer Edgar Pastor, launched in 2024. Its olfactive composition unfolds with a vibrant top note of Italian lemon and Italian lime, leading into a sweet and floral heart featuring meringue and valley lily, also known as muguet. The base rests on a lemon tart, sandalwood, and musk, completing a balanced structure between acidity and gourmand richness.

  • Magic Pie smells like a lemon tart, nothing like those gourmand and edible perfumes such as Bake by Akro or Unknown Pleasures by Kerosene. I can imagine the recipe: lemon, condensed milk, crushed cookies, and a huge pile of meringue on top. The amazing thing is that it smells like a real tart, with floral and sandalwood nuances that make it a true perfume. The trail and longevity are moderate. Without a doubt, this will be my favorite gourmand for hot days.

Reducing it to just a lemon pie would be unfair; it’s a very pleasant perfume and a safe purchase. On my nose, there’s a sweetness that isn’t cloying, with elegant details and a soft citrus touch that fits perfectly. Although it evokes lemon tart, its development keeps it from being a gourmand that overwhelms. Great work by Edgar Pastor for Pastor Prive. Projection is standard, not a beast but also not too faint. I recommend it as a gift because it’s hard to find someone who won’t like it.

A perfume inspired by the famous Lemon Pie, something we adore. I insist it’s an inspired version, totally wearable; although it has gourmand notes, it’s easy to use and not cloying at all. Vibrant citrus notes with a creamy lemon and condensed milk sensation, the stars of this fragrance that will be a treat for anyone who loves this cake. Excellent skin longevity and moderate projection make it versatile and pleasant for daily use.

It’s a sweet, almost childish scent with that signature sugared lemon note. I appreciate that the creators dared to try something different, but I wish it had more character. The longevity is average, and the projection is good at first, though I’ve been told it smells like a kid’s fragrance.

Reducing this perfume to just a lemon foot is unfair; I consider it a very pleasant fragrance, a safe blind buy with high-quality development. On my skin, a sweetness predominates that isn’t cloying or bothersome, featuring very elegant nuances, accented by a citrus note that isn’t sharp or bitter and fits the overall formula perfectly. While it does evoke a lemon foot (or lemon tart), its development steers it completely away from a gourmand that could overwhelm the senses. A great perfume by Edgar Pastor for the Pastor Privé brand. My projection is standard; while it’s not a beast, it’s not weak either (I have poor skin). Recommended for gifting since it’s hard to find someone who wouldn’t like this scent.

  • Magic Pie smells like lemon tart, but not like those super sweet, edible perfumes like Akro’s Bake. Imagine mixing lemon with condensed milk, stirring until it becomes a cream, and serving it over crushed cookies with a heap of meringue on top. That’s exactly what I imagine. The best part is that it reminds you of the real tart, but with perfume touches thanks to the sandalwood and floral notes. The trail and longevity are moderate. It will be my favorite gourmand for hot days.

A perfume paying homage to the famous Lemon Pie, something we absolutely love. I insist it’s ‘inspired by the pie’ because it’s a totally wearable creation; while it has gourmand touches, nothing is cloying, and it’s super easy to wear. Vibrant citrus notes mixed with a lemon cream and condensed milk sensation, which are the stars and will delight any lover of this dessert. Lasting power on skin is excellent, and moderate projection makes it perfect for everyday wear.
