A lazy day at home with my four-legged cat, who acts as an extra blanket on cold days, becomes even better when the mailman stops by my floor after leaving me at the door. Thanks, friend Bofifa! Mimmina M for Men opens with very natural fruity notes, reminiscent of Krizia Uomo but with a less sharp, sweeter pine, creating a pleasant and intrusive blend that finishes with a soft sweetness. It’s hard to find; it recalls superior quality from the past, with discreet projection and more than enough longevity, delicate and elegant.
I bought this fragrance at a market for its masculine and intentional bottle, very cheap, expecting a citrus-woody scent or a Kouros knockoff. Nothing like that; it has its own identity. It opens with powerful earthy patchouli and honey, which soften as they dry, featuring peaks of sandalwood and moss—nothing dizzying, but rather sweet, elegant, and clean. It’s a masculine aroma like Paco Rabanne or Brut, without reaching powerhouse status. Projection is above average and sillage lasts several hours. It’s an Italian scent from 1971, but there’s no info beyond that, which drives me crazy. A week later, I went back to the market and took all the units.
