  According to Carlos Rubio, it’s not the same as the classic, so beware when buying! I don’t know how the original smelled so I can’t say, but the current one smells very good.

  I can’t stand citrus perfumes, and this is one of the heaviest, pure strong grapefruit. It’s a flat scent, and for me, it’s the worst Invictus and one of the worst from Rabanne. I don’t detect any marine or amber notes, just grapefruit from start to finish; it smells cheap. If you like it, great for you, ideal for summer and spring if you absolutely love citrus. It has good longevity and projection, but the truth is, it’s not worth even 3 euros and they sell it for 102 like it’s gold. It seems like a scam. If you like simple, very citrusy perfumes, you’ll love it; if not, you’ll be glad they don’t sell it in stores.

  I’m not a fan of citrus, and this smells like pure grapefruit, very heavy and flat. For me, it’s the worst Invictus and one of the weakest from Rabanne. I don’t detect any marine or amber notes; it’s citrus from start to finish and smells cheap. If you like it, great for you, valid for spring and summer if you’re dying for citrus, and it has good longevity and projection. But the truth is, it’s not worth even 3€, and they sell it for 102€ like it’s gold; it feels like a scam. If you like simple, very citrusy perfumes, you’ll love it; if not, stay home and don’t buy it.

  Marine, masculine, and very clean fragrance, with quite a bit of potency. Although in my city it’s almost 32 degrees Celsius every day, it holds up well without being overwhelming. It’s not the best marine fragrance, but it smells decent.

  I don’t get why they opened another page if it’s the same one from 2016, but I’m sure it’s the original version or with minimal variations, because yesterday when I smelled it, I remembered trying it before. I bought it knowing about the relaunch thanks to influencer reviews, but the 102€ in Spain is scary. Yesterday at the Duty Free in Granada airport I saw it with testers and stock, and I tried it: a tremendous surprise. I picked it up for 68€ for 100ml. The bottle matches photos from direct purchases on the Rabanne website, so it must be the travel retail exclusive edition. It’s a wonderful fresh, clean, citrusy, and sweet scent, with a slight nod to the original. A perfume that’s both modern and classic, youthful and mature, for everyone. It has good longevity and sillage. Love at first sight. Ideal for spring and summer, but works all year round. I don’t understand how they could discontinue it when it could be the new ACQUA DI GIO for the brand. Instead, they’re releasing vanillas like Victory and Victory Elixir, which I love, but they shouldn’t displace jewels like this. Now I’m enjoying it and keeping it as an essential backup. Hopefully, it returns to standard stores soon.

  I tried it this afternoon and already have my conclusions. The grapefruit note is very present, salty and sweet, perhaps more salty with a metallic or mineral touch. Performance-wise, I was a bit disappointed; I expected more for an Invictus, though being the lightest of all, it only lasted me four hours, but maybe it improves in spring or summer. I bought it because a reviewer said it seemed like a flanker of Invictus Legend, my absolute favorite, and while nothing takes its throne, I’m happy with the purchase since the original Legend is no longer available. I’d give it a 50% similarity: something distant but reminiscent. Scent: 9/10, Performance: 5/10.

  While there are a thousand copies of this scent, the Invictus Aqua 2024 is in a league of its own. The precision and refinement are calculated to the millimeter, giving it a unique quality. I generally don’t care for the Invictus line, but out of all the versions and clones, this one truly makes the difference. The Invictus DNA, whether in clones like Zara Seoul Summer or Montblanc Legend Spirit, or in originals like Zara Night Pour Homme, gets old on me if worn alone; it feels repetitive. This one, however, hits the perfect spot, like a Swiss watch: clean, clear, and refined. Unlike clones that always have some off-balancing note that bugs you, this is the real essence of the concept. I wouldn’t wear any normal Invictus, but I would wear this. It’s completely different because here is the pure quality of the concept.
