Have you worn Gucci Bloom Profumo Di Fiori?

Tell us how it opens, how it settles on your skin, how long it lasts and when you wear it.

  1. For me, the king of the Gucci house. That great unknown, undoubtedly the most exclusive and powerful. Created by Alberto Morillas, it’s an explosion of yellow flowers where jasmine reigns. Very solar, pure sunflower.

  2. For me, it’s the best of all the Gucci Blooms. It’s that great unsung gem, definitely the most exclusive one signed by Alberto Morillas. Smells like yellow flowers with jasmine in between, very sunflower style.

I bought it blind and it’s not usually my style, but honestly, I fell in love. It makes me feel out in nature, super floral, and I love that. If you’re a tuberose fan, this is for you 💛. I’m very happy with the purchase, and it lasts quite a while on my skin.

(Tuberose lovers chapter 7) A CREAMY SOLAR TWIST ON THE CLASSIC GUCCI BLOOM. Gucci Bloom Profumo di Fiori (2020) – Just when I thought I’d explored everything Gucci Bloom could offer, this flanker arrived. While it keeps 80% of the original DNA, it introduces a subtle twist that makes it more interesting and slightly more sophisticated. Tuberose remains the central axis, but here it’s embraced by jasmine and ylang-ylang, adding a milky, powdery creaminess that is also exotic and luminous. This sweet, velvet side brings it closer to niche perfumery profiles without losing the characteristic white floral character. For those seeking something even creamier and sweeter, Penhaligon’s Solaris explores that same terrain, boosting the sweetness and reducing the green notes. I bought it online and haven’t seen many units in physical stores, so I’m not sure if it’s a limited edition or just a more discreet distribution. Either way, it’s worth trying if floral tuberose is still your weakness.

  5. It ended up intoxicating me a bit… Something heavy, not in intensity, which isn’t bad, but in aroma. The floral with those lactonic or solar touches, as they’re calling them now. Out of the whole Bloom line, I don’t think it’s the best scent by any means.

  6. Tuberose at full throttle, worn with class and no frills. If you like that note, it’s a total hit. I started my journey into the world of tuberose with the beautiful Fragile by Jean Paul Gaultier, the one that’s no longer sold and came in a snowball with a woman in black. This smells very similar: a pompous, exuberant bouquet hit that lasts all day. Tuberose has a vintage touch that is always renewed with every new perfume they release, something I love. I have it noted down to gift to anyone who adores this potent flower.

An explosion of white and yellow flowers of all kinds, cheerful tuberose on ‘your whole face’ over a green background. Not for the timid. Tuberose, tuberose, tuberose. If you don’t like it, it’s not for you. It smells rich and, personally, I like it more than its predecessor, Gucci Bloom, or even the red bottle, Ambrosia. It’s not as green and credible as Narcotic V, but I do think it’s a clear ode to joy and a very recognizable Gucci, not prickly, with rare nuances. What you get: lots of tuberose and some flowers. Within the mainstream, in my opinion, it’s the best thing that has come out this year. The bottle is divine. Notes: In the background, you can detect ylang-ylang, a note that is everywhere lately. Saving for price differences, it’s quite similar to ‘My Way’ by Armani, but much less watery and with more character. Jasmine is also perceived. In the background, the green and the solar (but watch out, not sunscreen). Longevity: Good performance, feels on skin for more than 8 hours. It’s potent at first. On clothes, it lasts days. Dry down: Tends to a creamy dry down where, in my opinion, jasmine predominates with the woods. Pros: Cheerful, fun, floral. Great for spring/summer. Potent and empowering. Cons: The tuberose covers and hides everything; it’s a note you have to like because otherwise it can cause nausea. It can get tiring. Very recognizable. Note: In this price range, 8/10.
