  1. There are better options. I used to drink it down in gulps; it was my favorite and exquisite, but with the new Khamrah Qahwa and Golden Elixir launches from Riifs, this one has fallen to nothing. It’s not bad, it has emotional value, but there are better ones like Khamrah Qahwa or Zikra from Lattafa.

  2. There are better options out there. I used to drink this straight; it was my favorite and absolutely exquisite. But with Riifs’ new launches like Khamrah Qahwa and Golden Elixir, this one feels like it’s in the shadows. It’s not bad—it has emotional value—but there are superior choices like Khamrah Qahwa or Zikra from Lattafa.

I’ve had this for months and I’ve loved it. Inspired by Angel Share but with its own unique twists: warm, spicy, and sweet. It’s not as alcoholic as other clones, and the quality is noticeable from the first spray, though the dry-down is a bit powdery. If you’re looking for something enjoyable and easy to wear, this is a solid choice.

  4. Riifs’ Golden Elixir perfectly balances spicy and sweet notes. Cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg evolve into dry woods and plum. The base of vanilla, musk, and oud adds a cozy, sophisticated warmth. It’s ideal for day and night, with impressive performance and a lasting trail. An excellent pick for anyone who loves modern oriental fragrances.

Short summary: It’s like Lattafa’s Khamrah but more refined, gourmand, with better projection. If you’re looking for an Angel’s Share dupe by Kyllian, avoid both as they are sweeter and less woody. Cocktail Intense by Fragrance World is the perfect dupe with those nuances. If you want gourmand, Beast Mode will blow your mind with vanilla and cinnamon. In my opinion, Riifs is better than Lattafa’s Khamrah. I like it more than Angel’s Share; it’s unisex but suits a woman better, which is why I gifted it to my wife. 10 hours on skin, projection of 1.30m for 1.40h before gradually fading. Packaging is gorgeous.

I don’t know Angel’s Share, but in this style, Golden Elixir is my favorite. On my skin, it has spectacular performance and amazing chemistry. It’s an Arabic dessert: sweet, cinnamon, fresh, and spicy notes thanks to cardamom, giving way to fruity and sweet notes. On my skin, I don’t smell woody; cinnamon wrapped in resins, vanilla, and tonka bean dominates. Not suitable for olfactory diabetics, though I’m not much of a gourmand, this seems spectacular to me. Totally unisex, medium projection, and brutal longevity of over 8 hours on skin.
