  • Extremely pleasant perfume; it’s a darker, chocolatey, spiced, incense-heavy, almost peppery take on Xerjoff’s Naxos. They’re not redundant at all—I see this as much more nocturnal, dark, and perfect for cold weather. No citrus notes; it’s a bit more serious, with that smoky incense touch and an intense spice that likely comes from pink pepper, setting it apart from the original. I also detect a powdery nuance. It evolves attractively into a sweet, delicious vanilla that isn’t cloying; this happens after three or four hours of the tobacco, cinnamon, spice, and incense chords taking over. I’ve worn it to work and it’s perfect—you stand out from the crowd in a huge way. It lasts about 6-7 hours on my skin. In jobs where we wear blue or purple disposable uniforms, it’s the only way I know to feel properly dressed. Definitely a fragrance of immense quality created by talented young perfumers who’ve managed to make niche perfumery much more accessible and understandable. Worth checking out their podcast interviews with top perfumers. If this is what they achieve with so little experience, I can’t imagine how big their project could get in the future.

  • For me, this is undoubtedly the best Niviru perfume. I believe it’s ideal for anyone wanting to enter the niche world, regardless of age, and it’s totally unisex. Although it’s a night scent, it’s not overwhelming; it’s warm and sweet, but not gourmand or cloying. It’s warm, slightly spicy, soft, and creamy, with a barely powdery touch. The quality is excellent, especially that vanilla and the accord with tonka and patchouli, which are very well balanced. The fragrance isn’t flat; it has nuances and produces bursts of different notes. The longevity is totally correct; you can’t ask for more from such a soft and pleasant scent. All in all, for the price, it’s one of the best options on the market right now.

  • Without a doubt, the best Niviru perfume for me. I think it’s the ideal scent for anyone wanting to step into the niche world, regardless of age, and it’s completely unisex. As a nighttime fragrance, it’s not overwhelming; it’s warm and sweet but not gourmand or cloying. As I said, it’s warm, slightly spiced, soft, and a bit creamy, with just a hint of powder. The quality is excellent—the vanilla and the accord with tonka, patchouli, etc., are very well balanced, and you can tell high-quality ingredients are used. The scent isn’t flat; it has nuances and bursts of different tonalities. The longevity is totally correct; you can’t ask for more from a scent this soft and pleasant. All in all, given the price, it’s one of the best options on the market right now.

  • I pre-ordered the Niviru Discovery Set, and while the wait was long, it was worth it thanks to the discount coupon. I received For A Night Gala and For Easy Days. The box is simple cardboard—rough and sturdy, which I appreciate after my previous Niviru perfume arrived in a flimsy box that gave me a scare. Since the bottles are transparent, I keep the boxes to protect them from light. The bottle design is clean, but the ergonomics are terrible; it’s uncomfortable to hold and spray, and I also dislike the clear glass, preferring colored glass that protects the fragrance. Both the box and bottle labels include the perfumer’s name, notes, a description, and most importantly, the concentration. Niviru deserves a perfect score for providing honest, straightforward information without using buzzwords like ‘elixirs’ or ‘absolutes’ to sell smoke. The cap is metal with a plastic interior and fits well. For A Night Gala smells spicy from the pepper, with dry cashmeran wood and a delicious, deep tobacco note. Then bitter cocoa and vanilla with tonka join in, balancing the sweetness without being cloying. The ambergris note stands out; although synthetic, it’s clearly identifiable here. I compare it to a Layton Exclusif and a Naxos, but without the honeyed or floral aspects. It lasts over 7 hours on my skin with good projection for the first three. You can tell the quality, and I hope the 90€ price tag isn’t a barrier because these guys are clearly dedicated to doing things right. Best wishes to them.

  • It’s an extremely pleasant perfume, a darker, chocolatey, spiced, and incense-laden, almost peppery version of Naxos Xerjoff. They are by no means redundant; this smells much more nocturnal and dark, suitable for cold climates. Nothing citrusy, a bit more serious, with the smoky touch of incense and an intense spice that must be pink pepper, which notably differentiates it from the previous one. I also find a powdery touch. Its evolution is very attractive toward a sweet, tasty vanilla that isn’t cloying; this happens after three or four hours of the tobacco, cinnamon, spice, and incense chords buzzing. I’ve used it at work and it’s perfect; you stand out from the rest in a brutal way. It lasts about 6-7 hours on skin. In those jobs with blue or violet paper uniforms, it’s the only way I know to feel well-dressed. Undoubtedly, it’s a fragrance of immense quality created by talented young people who have managed to make author perfumery much more accessible and understandable. It’s worth checking out their interviews on their podcast with great perfumers. If this is what they achieve with the little time they’ve been around, I can’t imagine how big their project will be in the future.

Personally, this is my favorite from the entire Niviru collection. I see it as the most elegant and yes, more exclusive, designed for formal events, though I wear it daily without issue, perhaps because I’m older and prefer this type of perfume and am used to it. For younger people, they’ll love the performance for suits or night parties. It’s a safe bet that never fails. I won’t go into specific notes because it’s so well-made, everything is integrated and denotes quality. It opens with pepper, citrus, and green tobacco, followed by vanilla and tonka that leave a very well-integrated creaminess. Highly recommended 100%.

  • Bought the Niviru Discovery Set on pre-order a while back, and shipping took forever. The Niviru team stepped up and offered a discount coupon for the wait, which is how For A Night Gala and For Easy Days ended up in my collection. As for the box, it’s still simple cardboard, but I appreciate that it’s a bit rougher and sturdier. My previous Niviru scent (For Attention) came in flimsy, shiny cardboard that actually scared me when I picked it up. Since the bottles are clear, I keep the boxes to protect the perfumes from light. The bottle itself is very simple with clean lines, but the ergonomics are terrible—it’s uncomfortable to hold firmly and spray. I also dislike that it’s transparent; I always prefer some color to shield the perfume from light. On both the box and bottle labels, besides the name, you find the perfumer’s name, the note breakdown, a short description, and something I consider mandatory for all fragrances: the concentration. A solid ten for Niviru here for giving customers the most honest info about what they’re buying, without all the fluff about elixirs, absolutes, or “intense” claims. The cap is metal with a plastic insert that fits perfectly. For A Night Gala opens spicy with pepper, paired with the dry woody note of cashmeran and a delicious tobacco absolute—a light, deep tobacco. Soon after, bitter cocoa and vanilla with tonka join in, sweetening the blend just enough. Also worth noting: it’s one of the few perfumes where I can clearly identify ambergris; while synthetic in 99.9% of scents, it’s rarely this distinct. To compare, it sits somewhere between Layton Exclusif and a Naxos without the honeyed, floral side. On my skin, it lasts a bit more than 7 hours, projecting well for the first three. You can tell this is a quality perfume, and I hope the price (90€) isn’t a dealbreaker because these guys clearly want to do things right. Best wishes to them.

Personally, this is my favorite from the entire Niviru collection. I see it as the most elegant one, and yes, it’s more exclusive in use—you should save it for formal occasions and events. That said, I wear it daily without any issues, probably because I’m older and tend to prefer this kind of perfume, plus I’m used to it. For younger people, they’ll love its performance for going to the office in a suit or out for a night out. It’s a safe bet that never fails. I won’t dive into specific notes because it’s so well-made; everything is seamlessly integrated and speaks of quality. Pink pepper, citrus, and green tobacco at the opening, followed by vanilla and tonka that create a very well-blended creaminess. Highly recommended.

  • On my nose, the pink pepper comes out strong and stays present until the end. Everything is very rounded and well-assembled: that incense-like, spicy, and vanilla touch, all tightly linked. It has good projection for 2-3 hours and lasts between 7 and 8 hours; right now in the cold, it holds up well. I see it as usable for many occasions: day, night, work, lunch, dinner, winter, and spring. Ideal for summer if you regulate the sprays. I don’t find it intrusive; it loses intensity slowly and constantly, which I appreciate. It’s a rounded, balanced, elegant composition, nocturnal but also diurnal, a bit enigmatic and dark. Better wood than sandal couldn’t have it. I find it very versatile, addictive, distinct, and unique. It makes me feel good. I’m not an expert in perfumes, I just know I like it, and this creation by perfumer Belén, adding her knowledge to the idea of Niviru’s young entrepreneurs, has created a rounded fragrance, everything in its measure and at its point. The price seems correct; there’s quality and good work.

  • In my nose, pink pepper comes out strong and stays present until the very end of the fragrance. Everything feels perfectly rounded and well-blended: that incense, spice, and vanilla accord are all tightly knit. It projects well for 2-3 hours and lasts me 7-8 hours; in cold weather, it holds up nicely. I see it as usable for many occasions, day or night, for work, lunch, or dinner, especially in winter and spring—ideal. In summer, I’ll test it by adjusting the number of sprays. It’s not intrusive; it fades slowly and steadily, which I appreciate. It’s a rounded, balanced, elegant scent that works both day and night, slightly enigmatic and dark. I’d rather say it has more wood than sandalwood. I find it very versatile, addictive, distinct, and unique—it makes me feel great. I’m not an expert, I just know I like it, and this creation by perfumer Belén, bringing her expertise to the young entrepreneurs at Niviru, has resulted in a perfectly balanced fragrance, everything in the right measure. The price seems fair; there’s quality and good craftsmanship here.

A pleasant surprise. I already had Easy Days and liked it quite a bit, but this one surpasses it. It’s deeper, more elegant, and more nocturnal. The opening reminded me a bit of Naxos, but then it evolves differently. The longevity and projection are good. I loved it. 8.5/10.

Another surprise from Niviru. It’s true that it reminds me a bit of Naxos at first, but saying it’s just a less potent Naxos is superficial, as it clearly heads in a different direction. Ultimately, it’s vanilla, tobacco, and tonka bean that define both the opening and the dry down, but much more subtly. It’s a very elegant vanilla, not the trendy kind that overwhelms and tires because it’s so generic. It’s a standout; the most serious offering from the brand, with quite long-lasting performance and a very rounded projection over time. It adds a distinguished touch, it’s not indifferent, and it fits perfectly with the young, modern profile linked to sweetness and character. Great for going out, but also perfect for any occasion to just feel good. The price doesn’t quite match it in the latest update, but it is justified for having something a bit more special.

Personally, it doesn’t remind me of Naxos at all. Both feature tobacco and aim for that sweet sensation, but they take opposite paths. Here, the opening is spicy, slightly bitter, and gives a smoky vanilla vibe. While the tobacco is present from the start, it evolves into soft, powdery woods with a very balanced sweetness alongside a very pleasant tobacco. It’s a perfume that’s widely liked; it’s not challenging, yet it surprises and pleases the casual buyer. Unfortunately, the performance on my skin is poor: it stays very close to the skin throughout its life, and given its density, I’d prefer better longevity. Prices have gone up, which is understandable, but at €120 now, I think there are more interesting tobacco options available at retail or in the grey market. Still, it’s refreshing to see younger perfumers respecting the craft and striving to carve out a niche.

  • Personally, I absolutely love it. The first time I wore it, I had a hard-to-describe but beautiful sensation, like the goosebumps you get from something you truly enjoy. I’m not an expert, but it feels like an elegant perfume with a powerful opening and excellent development. The vanilla and tobacco notes are top-notch, and their combination is just delightful. Great work by this team. Definitely worth supporting creators like this.

The most elegant Niviru. Some say it smells like Naxos, and at first, yes, it shares that sweetness and similar citrus notes, but this Niviru version is denser, resinous, and has a smoky touch at the start, whereas Xerjoff’s is lighter and brighter. As it dries down, it diverges significantly; the base sweetness is similar, but here it becomes more resinous, with a heavier, drier tobacco note—you can detect the tonka bean, and on my skin, it gains a slightly powdery cocoa nuance. After about three hours, it settles into a lighter spiced vanilla that lasts until 8-9 hours. Without a doubt, it’s the most formal and nocturnal fragrance from the brand, though it also feels youthful. It’s the third perfume I’ve thoroughly tested from the discovery set, and I think Niviru is a very interesting house: non-commercial scents, fair prices, and great work by the team. I love it, but I wouldn’t buy it over Naxos; however, that cocoa note in the dry-down is fantastic. I’m trying to keep a small collection, and this scent fits perfectly, so I’d explore more from the house. The fact that it’s good is undeniable. I already know they’re preparing perfumes with higher concentrations and more complex compositions, which looks very promising.
