What a letdown, nothing to highlight. It’s a typical fresh floral with a sour note, likely from the grapefruit, but the lily and jasmine dominate way too much. I don’t detect any vanilla. For the price, it’s not worth it; any spring designer fragrance casts a shadow over it.

Let me start with a metaphor: it’s like looking for a mortgage—you see many offers and promises, but in the end, only the monthly payment matters. Same here; with so many ingredients listed, what counts is the final scent. I love it; it’s floral and wonderful. Compared to Amouage Lyric, they’re about 65% alike; the notes say different things, but they smell almost identical. I own both, and the difference is minimal: Florane is sweeter and less bright. It has great quality, lasts long, and projects well. Men who like florals will be blown away. Scent 9/10, Sillage 9/10, Projection 8/10, Value 10/10. Highly recommended if you don’t already have Lyric.
