  Finally, I got my hands on it! I already owned all of Rihanna’s perfumes and was thrilled to see her return, because I love them all and this is no exception. Before, when they didn’t ship to my country, I searched for scents similar to Fenty; the closest match was Rose Jam, but this isn’t quite like it. I’ve smelled countless roses, but none like this one. The stars of the show are rose and blackberry: it opens with a natural, fresh rose, then the blackberry emerges with a medicinal, acidic, and fruity twist, without being a purely fruity perfume. It also has a spicy note, like rose with wood or oud, but doesn’t go that far. Over time, the rose fades, leaving behind sweet blackberry notes with a rich musk; the longevity is moderate. It’s a gem, well-blended with quality ingredients that give it that particular scent. Totally unisex, mysterious, and with a mature dark touch. Highly recommended if you love roses; you won’t find another like it in your collection.

  The bottle is stunning and the spray is super fine. Upon application, there’s no waiting for the alcohol to settle; the magic is immediate. It opens with a bitter rose, reminiscent of orange peel, and settles into a woody base that isn’t oud. Blackberries add an elegant fruity touch that lasts until the very end. It reminds me of Lush’s Rose Jam but feels more opulent, with a nod to Kilian’s Love Don’t Be Shy without copying it. Rihanna has created something at a niche level: spicy, sweet, and addictive. One of the best scents I’ve ever tried.
