I’m going against the grain: it’s sweet, yes, and lasts a decent 6 hours. On my skin, the pepper dominates, giving it a spicy kick—be careful with that! But it’s sweet; you can taste that butter with sugar and whipped cream, and the pepper saves it by cutting down the excessive sweetness. I love it, but try it on your skin to see if it hits you the same way ♥

I bought it blind and at first, I only smelled a sweet scent, almost like toasted caramel or Mercadona’s Murumuru butter. Two months later, my body craved that butter, and I remembered the Dulzura… what a change! The opening isn’t spectacular, so don’t stay there; after 10 minutes, it dries down to a delicate, pleasant sweetness. I no longer smell the strong caramel, but rather fruity notes and a hint of strawberry. It doesn’t have great projection or longevity, but for the price, you can’t ask for more. Ideal for days when you want to smell lightly sweet without projecting too much, just for your own enjoyment.

I’d gift this to some girly teen, and it would be fabulous. It smells like buttery popcorn, salt, and then a strawberry lollipop. That salty effect before the sweet (I think it’s the pepper) is grating. When it dries, it leans more toward popcorn, cream, and strawberries. Thank God it doesn’t last long without macerating and doesn’t have a trail. I don’t get the hype coming from gray-haired ladies; it makes sense for young girls. Don’t let anyone approach me with this in the summer, or I’ll bite.

🤧🤧It stinks. It starts charming but quickly smells strongly of burnt butter; if you smelled it on someone, you’d think they walked out of a butter factory. It’s upset my stomach, and I think these products have nothing to do with perfumery anymore. It’s not perfuming; it’s gassing.

I think it’s spectacular and very original; it just lacks longevity to be perfect. It smells like a fairground memory, neighborhood cinema, sweet popcorn with crunchy sugary coating, and a touch of pastry. It’s an experiential and nostalgic perfume but modern and wearable. It steps out of the classic gourmands of vanilla, chocolate, or tonka bean. I don’t detect much black pepper, but it gives an interesting touch, and the butter feels more edible than salty. If you’re a maniac about peculiar aromas, test it first, preferably on the skin.

I haven’t been using it for long, and since it’s new, I won’t talk about longevity. I was dying to get it until I finally bought it blind. I like its dry-down more than the opening. It doesn’t declare popcorn, but that note is present and very strong for me. Maybe because I’m not a fan of butter, it knocked me down when I tried it. It bothers me less and less, but there it is. It smells good; you smell like the whole circus. It feels like bursts of super-sweet cotton candy, then it fades and smells fruity, the popcorn returns… That surprising combo of notes plays throughout its duration and I found it fun.

I love it, I love it; I’ll just wait for it to macerate because I consider its longevity very scarce, but it’s worth it; it’s very tasty. It literally smells like the candy aisle at the cinema, that’s exactly how it smells, I love it.

Fresh out of the bottle, it lacks a lot of power; it’s very soft. At first, it reminds me of Mehwish from Paris Corner but softer. It’s extremely soft. It smells good but seems like a body mist. I might resell it and remove it from my collection.

Love at first sniff! I’ve never smelled Cirque du Soleil before, but this perfume instantly brings me back to the fair. At first, it smells like sweet and salty popcorn (that note fades a bit later), cotton candy, caramelized apple, and pastry. It’s gourmand, but very wearable in my opinion. It’s super soft and sweet. I wish it lasted longer and projected more; I think it’s very intimate, but I still enjoy it a lot! I can’t stop using it. Hoping it gets better as it matures. (Lasts me only 3 to 5 hours).
