Dream Sea is exquisite and refined: vanilla with sea salt, extra creaminess from sandalwood, a watery touch without being aquatic, and a hint of fresh spice. It has cottony green notes, similar to Sole Patchouli. It’s a vanilla-salt combo with unique nuances that put you in a good mood and make you smile. I see it as a spring/summer scent. Projection is decent for the first hour and a half, then it fades quickly; longevity is poor, with even official samples rarely lasting past 5-6 hours. I don’t get the low rating on Fragrantica: it’s not a beast mode and doesn’t have real performance, yet the price of €145 for 50ml is excellent. It’s a shame that review bombing is needed to show this is a good product.
Dream Sea is an absolute gem: creamy vanilla with sea salt and sandalwood, a watery touch that isn’t actually aquatic, and a fresh spicy kick with green, cottony notes reminiscent of Sole Patchouli. It’s the perfect vanilla-salt balance to be truly unique, bringing warmth, shifting your mood, and putting a smile on your face. Ideal for spring/summer. Projection is decent for the first hour and a half, then it fades quickly; longevity is the weak spot, with even official samples rarely lasting past 5-6 hours. The downside is that Fragrantica has been review-bombing it with unrealistic notes and performance claims—Dream Sea isn’t a beast mode fragrance, yet the price of 145€ for 50ml is unbeatable; I’ve never seen anything like it. What a shame a great product has to endure that. Scent: 8.3, Projection: 7.5, Longevity: 6.2, Uniqueness: 7.8, Price: 145€ (50ml), Recommended: High.
Interesting, but it’s not really my vibe. At first, it smells super fresh, almost like Vicks VapoRub. As it dries down, the salty notes take over with vanilla and ambergris, blending in some florals. The quality is top-notch, but it just never quite sits right with me.
I absolutely love this fragrance; it smells like paradise with salty vanilla and green, floral notes, like being on an island 🏝️. So far, none of Lorenzo Pazzaglia’s scents have had such great longevity and projection; with just three sprays, it lasts all day and projects a lot. Every experience is unique, but what stands out about this house is that their perfumes are exquisite and true bombs, thanks to the 40% concentration of these extracts. Those who say they last 4-6 hours probably have decants in bad condition, because for me, it easily lasts eight hours.
I absolutely love it; it smells like paradise with salty vanilla, greens, and florals, like you’re on a 🏝️. Lorenzo Pazzaglia usually fails on longevity, but this is a bomb: just 3 sprays last me over 8 hours with massive projection. These are 40% concentration extracts, so if others find it short-lived, the decants they’re using are probably old.
It caught my nose like all of them, but the battery life left a bit to be desired. Still, I give it 10 because, even though it fades quickly on the skin, it smells so good I can’t stop sniffing myself. Simple and awesome scent: fresh and salty vanilla, perfect for summer, sunny and bright, à la Ça Boum by Teo Cabanel. Ambergris gives it an animalic and balsamic touch that makes it unique. On my skin, it lasts about 5 hours with low projection, so it’s meant for self-enjoyment and close-range wear. Ideal for a relaxing afternoon stroll. I wouldn’t buy it since I already have similar ones, but I recommend trying it if you’re looking for a different vanilla for the heat or a marine scent without those typical ozonic and seaweed notes.
Olfactorily it’s a 10, but the performance left me a bit disappointed. I’m giving it a top score because, even though it doesn’t last long on my skin, it smells so good I can’t stop sniffing myself. It’s a fresh, salty vanilla, super solar and bright, in the style of Ça Boum by Teo Cabanel. The ambergris adds a unique animalic and balsamic touch. It lasts about 5 hours with low projection, perfect for enjoying close to your skin or summer strolls. I wouldn’t buy it if I already own similar scents, but I recommend trying it if you’re looking for a different summer vanilla or a marine fragrance without that algal smell.
An olfactory DNA that isn’t new, but this fragrance stands out from other similar ones that are hard to wear. It’s quite versatile thanks to the creamy floral heart and the musky base with a touch of vanilla.
It’s an olfactory DNA that doesn’t surprise, but unlike its similar counterparts that are often hard to wear, this one smells great thanks to its creamy floral heart and musky base with a vanilla touch.
According to Pazzaglia, this is his favorite creation, but for me, it’s the exact opposite. I bought it blindly and rarely use it; it matches what others said about it not wearing well and smelling like Vips Vaporups. It has something mentholated, almost balsamic, reminiscent of Reflex or muscle rubs. It smells salty, like menthol with salt. Maybe those unspecified green notes or a synthetic ambergris are the key. They say it carries Ylang Ylang, but I can’t detect it even with a bloodhound, because that menthol drowns everything out. It smells like a pharmacy, like medicine, like a cheap physiotherapy cabinet. Its sister Van Sea smells like a wild ocean, but something here ruins it all. The only good thing is that the performance is atomic; on my skin, it’s like a megamare, but it’s not my cup of tea.
It’s not in my top tier, but once it settles, it blends really well. The opening is a bit harsh, with that aquatic touch—more fresh, spicy, and salty. That mix, combined with a sticky menthol, gives it a synthetic sweetness, like medicine, as others say. The green notes, pepper, and ambergris make the opening feel strange. The heart hits around the hour: salty, creamy, with a clean talcum touch, like freshly washed linen in the sun. The sandalwood adds a lot of creaminess, some wood, and a bit of burn. I get the feeling it contains low-dose patchouli that they didn’t declare. In the end, it leaves that salty, creamy sandalwood base with some sweet touches. The longevity on clothes is extreme because it clings so much; on skin, it doesn’t reach 9 hours. Always with strong projection but not suffocating; you’ll smell each other, but you won’t choke anyone. In my personal opinion: I’m sorry, you don’t have me, Lorenzo. You tried to create a linen shirt on the beach at sunset scent with that salty aroma, but it ended up unbalanced: sweet, creamy, burnt, salty, but also… If this is your idea of a dream sea, you’re on the right track, but something’s missing. In short: Try it, compare it, and if you find something better, buy that, because if you buy it blind, you might regret it.
According to Pazzaglia, this is his masterpiece, but for me, it’s the exact opposite. I bought it without looking and hardly ever use it; it matches another review saying it doesn’t suit me and smells like Vips Vaporups. It has a medicinal menthol nuance, almost balsamic, reminding me of Reflex or pain liniments. It’s a salty scent, like menthol with salt. Maybe those unspecified green notes or a synthetic ambergris are the key. They say it contains Ylang Ylang, and I believe them, but I don’t notice it even with a bloodhound, because that menthol covers everything. It smells like a pharmacy, like a cheap physiotherapy cabinet. Its sister, Van Sea, smells like wild sea, but here something ruins it. The good thing is the performance is atomic; on my skin, it lasts like a megamarathon, but it’s not my cup of tea.
Not one of my favorites, but it settles beautifully once it dries down. The opening is a bit loud with that aquatic touch—fresh, spicy, and salty. That blend, reminiscent of chewy mint, carries a synthetic sweetness, almost medicinal, as others have noted. The green notes, pepper, and ambergris make the opening feel strange. The heart hits around the one-hour mark: salty, creamy, and powdery yet clean, like sun-dried linen. Sandalwood adds significant creaminess, with a woody, slightly charred edge. It feels like there’s a hint of elemi in such a subtle dose that it wasn’t listed. In the end, you’re left with that salty, creamy sandalwood base with sweet undertones. Longevity on clothes is extreme; it clings and performs well, though on skin it doesn’t quite reach nine hours. The projection is heavy but not suffocating—you and I can smell each other, but you won’t overwhelm anyone. Personal verdict: I’m sorry, but this one isn’t for me, Lorenzo. You tried to create a sun-soaked linen shirt scent by the sea with a marine salt aroma, but the result feels… unbalanced: sweet, creamy, charred, salty, yet also… If this is your vision of a dreamy ocean, you’re on the right track, but something’s missing. Bottom line: Try it, compare it, and if you find something better, buy that instead. If you buy this blindly, you might regret it.
