  • I went with the intention of buying it, and upon testing it on my skin, only a strong frankincense aroma persisted. At first, it seemed sexy, but after an hour, it became somewhat masculine. Pass, it’s not for me.

  • Almost as good as the Golden Delicious (in the set of Donna Karan apples, these two are the ones I like)… although I must say it doesn’t smell like an apple, hehe. With blackberry, orchid, and a bit of frankincense, some ginger… all perceptible. It’s the typical fragrance I identify with those moments when you get together with two or three friends and the idea of going out for drinks and dancing arises; everyone puts on a dress, does their makeup, and sprays perfume, highlighting a fragrance! that, without being out of this world, fits the occasion very well, catches attention, and invites you to dance.

  • Almost as good as Golden Delicious, although it doesn’t smell like an apple, haha. It has blackberry, orchid, and incense. It’s the perfect fragrance to go out with friends, put on a dress, and hit the clubs or a dance; it turns heads and people invite you to dance. It’s not groundbreaking, but it fits the occasion perfectly and stands out.

  • DKNY Delicious Night is the most pleasant fragrance in its entire collection: youthful but less predictable. It combines sweet and fresh fruity notes with warm, sensual, and intense woody accords. Frankincense, vetiver, myrrh, patchouli, and ginger give character to the florals and fruits. I think it’s well-balanced and suitable if you don’t want to go unnoticed. It’s recommended. Sillage and longevity are medium. It can be a pleasant scent if you follow sweet perfumes but with originality.

  • Delicious Night is the most pleasant one in the DKNY collection: youthful but less predictable. It combines sweet and fresh fruits with warm, sensual woods like incense, vetiver, and myrrh. It’s well-balanced and recommended if you’re looking for something sweet but original. The sillage and longevity are moderate, but it’s a nice scent to make sure you don’t go unnoticed.

  • I received this perfume as a birthday gift. Thanks and greetings to whoever had the gesture. It seems to me that Donna Karan’s perfume differs greatly in style and aroma from the rest of the designer’s work. It’s not generic or popularized. It’s different. At first, it was hard to describe it; I’d never tried anything like this. It doesn’t remind me of anything else. From the bottle, it smells like blackberries and fresh flowers like jasmine. On the skin, it becomes dense; I notice the frankincense and myrrh giving it a dark touch. As I move away, ginger remains on the nose. Sometimes I perceive it as synthetic but pleasant. I also distinguish it slightly, maybe mentholated? I don’t know how to describe it. I just read that it has iris, a conflicting note for me that can cause headaches, but I don’t perceive it, which I appreciate. What I would change is the sillage and longevity: they are medium and discreet; you have to reapply. I have no problem because I liked it, although it would be better if it lasted longer. Along with Be Delicious, it was one of my olfactory dreams in adolescence. It goes well at any age: it keeps youthful cheerfulness and also suits an older person. I recommend it; be assured that if you use it, you’ll be the only ones. Very hard to match with someone else. A big plus.

  • It arrived as a birthday gift and I absolutely love it. It’s different from the usual Donna Karan scents; it doesn’t smell generic. At first, it smells like blackberry and fresh jasmine, but on the skin it becomes denser with incense and myrrh, giving it a dark touch. As it dries down, it leaves a trail of ginger. Sometimes I notice a pleasant synthetic note, maybe a bit mentholated, though I don’t feel the iris that gives others headaches. The only thing it lacks is longevity and sillage, which are mediocre, but I like it so much that I don’t mind reapplying. It’s a timeless, youthful yet mature scent, and I’m sure no one else is wearing it. Highly recommended.

DKNY Delicious Night is, in my opinion, the best example of the Be Delicious line, without the flaws of its siblings: it’s the least tedious, monotematic, and linear, and the most mature of its lineage (an improvement after surpassing the overrated Be Basic from 2004). From the bottle, it smells like a spiced blackberry smoothie with delicate white flowers. After applying it, the blackberry and ginger emerge, smoked by the frankincense (a fruity-balsamic accord). The heart is a sigh of jasmine and iris that leaves a trail of talc or berry cream. The frankincense centralizes everything, retaining traces of blackberry and highlighted by fresh patchouli with myrrh, enhancing the smoky tone (I didn’t sense vetiver or amber). It’s an interesting proposal, for someone who has matured and wants to go out partying with makeup and tight pants, with a lack of shame that hides shyness. More mature, less hypochondriac than the original, explosive and rich in fruit, recalling the 90s fashion with softened peach and plum. It hides a charm behind that embarrassing apple-shaped container dyed purple (the ridiculous label “100% pure New York”), while the caramel apple derivatives were more romantic. Visually, it reminds me of the mundane commercial Poison Girl by Dior. Anyway, it’s splendid, showing Donna Karan’s willingness to reclaim the spirit of Cashmere Mist. Longevity is wide and the sillage moderate; although it seems exclusive for night, I don’t think it’s inappropriate to use it during the day (though not on rainy days, since the sillage fades).

Finally, this perfume is mine. I’ve had it on my wishlist for years but never chose it until it was discontinued; getting it was a feat. Luckily, someone sold it cheap online because they didn’t like it, and I got my wish. I must be honest, I remember it differently. Maybe years idealized the scent, or my nose has developed. It’s sensual and intense, not suitable for every skin type. The frankincense is very noticeable. The opening is citrusy with ginger and grapefruit, but within seconds, it becomes enveloping and heavy. The frankincense overpowers everything, taking the jasmine, amber, and iris… only patchouli and a bit of vetiver remain. A proper 90s perfume, one of those that are no longer around.

  • My sister gifted it to me, and I really didn’t like it because I’m more of a floral person. In my humble opinion, it smells very similar to Clinique’s Aromatics Elixir.

  • My sister gave it to me and I didn’t like it at all because I prefer florals. In my humble opinion, it resembles Clinique’s Aromatics Elixir a lot.

  • I bought it blind and didn’t like it. It’s too strong for my taste; it even started to smell masculine to me.

  • Its scent is super spicy due to the incense, rich but it doesn’t win me over. I prefer the traditional Be Delicious; I don’t find it as ‘night’ oriented, although it would work well in cold weather. I expected more.

  • The scent is super spiced by the frankincense; it’s rich, but it doesn’t make me fall in love. I prefer the traditional Be Delicious. It doesn’t feel as nocturnal to me, though it would work well in cold weather. I expected more.

Wow, it’s strong, but it smells like a sexy girl. The incense, myrrh, blackberry, and patchouli stand out; the vetiver adds a masculine touch that fits perfectly. Everything blends to create a divine scent of a powerful, mysterious woman. The trail and longevity are overwhelming, so apply it with care. It’s for nights and winter. If you want to steal the show at a gathering, this perfume gives you everything you need to pull it off.

  • It’s an intense fragrance that doesn’t quite win me over because its incense note is too much for me. On my skin, it lasts forever. All in all, spicy fragrances aren’t my thing.

  • It’s an intense fragrance that doesn’t quite win me over because the incense overwhelms me. It lasts forever on my skin, but in the end, the spicy notes aren’t really my thing.

This fragrance is a total mystery: on my boyfriend, it comes across as floral, but on my skin, it’s woody. The opening is loud, but within 15 minutes, it becomes sensual and alluring. I wouldn’t recommend buying it blind.

  • I used to wear this when I was a teenager and loved it; the notes of blackberry, amber, and incense were the ones I noticed most. It’s more of a night scent and can be a bit heavy due to the sweetness, but it works great for me. There’s a similar Body Mist from Bath and Body Works called ‘Dark Kiss.’ By the way, my favorite DKNY is ‘Delicious Night’ because it doesn’t smell like typical fresh apple.

After a tough 2020, vacations were the only thing that mattered. The real hassle wasn’t packing, but choosing what to bring. A friend told me, ‘It has incense, you’ll love it.’ I tried it and only noticed red berries; my dream incense was nowhere to be found. I was disappointed, not by the scent itself, but by the missing element I wanted. I left it in the closet until three days before leaving, and then the magic happened: the incense came through in its sexiest, most addictive form. I went crazy. The opening is super fruity with a spicy ginger kick, then it turns dark, mysterious, and spiced, with incense taking the lead while letting amber, green patchouli, and myrrh shine through. The flowers, except for the orchid which I adore, aren’t very noticeable—maybe I just need more humidity for the iris. The projection is brutal, filling the room, and it lasts over 8 hours on the skin. Perfect for nights, versatile between cold and heat (though maybe too much at 35 degrees). The sad part is it’s discontinued, but I enjoy every last drop because it empowers me and makes me happy. That’s what perfumes are for.

  • This perfume was a gift from my mom. I like its scent and it reminds me a lot of Tous In Heaven. I love wearing it on rainy days and think I’ll use it in autumn too. I don’t recommend buying it blindly because it’s a bit complicated with its base notes; personally, I can really detect its incense note.

  • Oriental, floral, and fruity, elegant and delicate. It’s a cheaper alternative to Kriska Drama by NATURA. Very similar, though not identical.

  • Very nice, a floral resin unisex with a slight plastic note, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Compared to Euphoria, this Delicious Night is better because it has more body and a musky dry-down that Calvin’s lacked (the latter smelled like cleaning product to me). It has a strong fruity note, an abstraction of dark, acidic fruit combined with orchid and a sensual masculine woody tone. It ends in an ambered myrrh, suggestive and carnal, but with a tempered spirit. It smells like passion but isn’t overwhelming. If you find it at a good price, it’s a discovery; don’t let the incense scare you, it just adds a light smoky touch.

  • Very pretty, a unisex floral-resin with a slight plastic vibe, but don’t make a drama over the packaging. Comparing it to Euphoria makes sense due to that strong synthetic orchid accord, but this Delicious Night is better: it has the kick and the musky base that Euphoria lacks. The Calvin one never worked for me; it smelled like floor cleaner, poorly mixed; this is like that but improved—more sensual and woody. It has a strong fruity note attributed to blackberry; it’s not obvious, it’s an abstraction of dark, acidic fruit combined from the start with the orchid and a very sensual, masculine, woody musk tone over spicy fresh scales. It ends leaning towards ambered myrrh, but rather sinuous, suggestive wood amber with a satin touch and carnal pleasures. It smells like sex and a passionate urge to kiss, yet it has a tempered spirit. Probably overlooked before, but today it makes you think of what niche brands sell: Bach flower water, moisturizing cream, and light powders in a rush. PS: Don’t get carried away by the incense; it’s not obvious or independent, just adds smoky vapors and light, sharp scales. If you catch it at a good price, it’s a discovery.

  • Minimalister

It’s very special because it seems to have many fused facets. The description caught my eye so much that I hunted down the bottle; upon opening it, the first spray was such a strong sweet/pachuli blast that I thought I’d bought the wrong thing. I waited a bit, and the loud opening softened, revealing ginger, vetiver, and incense that changed my mind. It’s crazy how all these notes converge: casual yet mystical and sensual. Its performance varies with the environment; it can be offensive because it challenges the mind. What a pity it’s discontinued.

  • It’s a unique guy in my collection: dark, nocturnal, and sensual, like an enchanting potion. The bottle looks scary, but the contents are pure goth; I imagine myself in a purple velvet cloak wandering castle corridors for a forbidden, passionate encounter. Perfect for going out at night when desire rules and everything is magic, swapping boring office hours and fresh family meetings for something special. It’s our darkest version, worthy of dancing in a coven under a starry night.
