  1. It’s a sincere fragrance because its notes are noticeable at first glance: citrus, florals, musk, and air. If you compare it, it’s like a lighter version of Cool Water and CK One, without that strong marine salinity or heavy spices. It’s ideal for summer because of how fresh it is, and that’s its biggest appeal. Note: the alcohol evaporated over time, so now it smells like an Eau de Parfum. It improved significantly in longevity and depth, going from being an extra to a favorite. I let it rest for a year and a half after using a fifth of the bottle.

  2. Granado Carioca smells like pure bliss, with that just-right touch of citrus, flower, and musk. I was caught off guard because it smells like real sea salt, as if it were an actual ingredient; it’s a blend of classic cologne and a seaside soak. I love it and it transports me straight to the white and black sidewalks of Ipanema.

I was caught off guard by the sea salt note, because it smells exactly like the real thing—a mix of classic cologne with a seaside bath. I love it; it transports me straight to the white and black sidewalks of Ipanema.
