  I was given a 2ml sample of this women’s fragrance. It’s very ‘in the style’ of the 80s launches; I associated it with my mother’s perfumes. It’s floral and strong, almost generic, but… the first impression was a tutti-fruti ice cream scent (!!!), an olfactory deja-vu that lasted nanoseconds. Then exquisite floral notes emerge (jasmine, ylang-ylang, and neroli), a refined jasmine (not as brutal as the opening of Anais Anais by Cacharel). The citrus notes are nearly imperceptible, but the base is very present, giving that exquisite sweet touch. If I had to choose a ‘vintage school’ perfume for my partner that isn’t too familiar, I wouldn’t hesitate. It’s refined, beautiful, not too scandalous, sweet without being cloying. Ideal for daytime receptions, not for the office. Very elegant.

  I tested the evolution on my arm yesterday and gave it an 8 for the oriental touch, but today I’m taking it back: I woke up with such a rich scent on my arm! The longevity is beast mode; I slept and woke up still perfumed.

  I was gifted this perfume, and although I prefer strong scents over subtle ones, it left me speechless. I didn’t expect such an intense floral bouquet; I mostly smell jasmine, the citrus is imperceptible, and the dry-down feels a bit bitter. The longevity lasts about an hour. It’s in its final phase now, smelling slightly oriental. I’m not disgusted by it, but I loved it more at the start. For my nose: an 8.
