Smells like dark chocolate and lavender with galangal, absolutely delicious. You can really detect the tobacco flower, the woods that give it class, and the pomegranate that makes it unique… Perfect for the office, because in enclosed, cool spaces it shines even more… Clean, powdery scent, and best of all, no citrus. I love it! Bravo to Alberto Morillas

It’s a super elegant perfume…!!! Very long-lasting and super imposing. You really need to wear it and own it.
It’s a super elegant perfume, very long-lasting and with great presence. You really need to wear it and own it.
Discontinued, like all the BLVs. For me, this was the best offering in the blue saga of Bvlgari-Morillas for men. I say this because it stood out above the BLV pour Homme for the day, although they were very similar, especially in galangal, dark chocolate, and tobacco flower. Its entire olfactory pyramid had a decent sillage and acceptable longevity. I confess I didn’t use it much because back then there were much juicier deals on Notte with better performance. I keep fond memories of it, but I also remember the entire BLV for BVLGARI saga, which was handled by Alberto Morillas.
Today I took the day off to relax. I put the remote on the wicker stool and dressed up to eat and train, trying to maintain a semi-human shape. I’ve never made it to 5 PM without pajamas; that’s a record. The problem is I like those pajamas, not just because of Donald Duck, but for the comfort. The important thing is not to pass in front of the mirror and not see my reflection. I’ve been lost all week with the scent of Bvlgari Blu, which leaves me fresh and elegant. The Blu Notte pour Homme, bought at a store for the discerning where you need psychology to get what you want, has left me with a big smile. It’s built on an intense and warm spice, galangal, mixed with tobacco flowers, and in the background, it opens up to a sensual chocolate aroma. It has the same DNA as the original but is deeper and more seductive, perfect for nights where upon contact with the skin it unleashes its mysterious side. The spices are present in the heart while the chocolatey sweetness makes the fragrance unique. I don’t know a similar scent. The feeling of cleanliness is undeniable; a fresh laundry breeze is always noticeable in the background. It’s like a magic wand to transport oneself to a dimension of sensory pleasure. Its trail has a mysterious power that gifts pure sensuality. A King of the Night who releases a bewitching, enveloping, and strong aroma, inspiring the senses. Suitable for a strong and romantic gentleman, special and with refined tastes. It’s a spicy, fresh, and chocolatey-sweet fragrance that you don’t smell in every corner and which is already hard to find. Great work by Morillas.
Jerry Drake recommended it to me today, and I picked up a vial; I have the vintage Blv, which is a beast in longevity and sillage. This Notte keeps the original DNA but adds the warmth of chocolate as a dominant note, creating an autumnal and spring-night aroma—very spicy and gourmand—that smells amazing. It’s a mature, romantic scent, ideal for night, though it also works great in the mid-afternoon. I’ll try it again in autumn with better weather to evaluate it outdoors, but it promises well.
Today, on the advice of Jerry Drake, I picked up this bottle. I have the vintage version of Blv, and it’s a beast in terms of longevity and sillage. This Blv Notte keeps the DNA of the original but adds chocolate warmth as the queen note, creating an autumnal and spring-night aroma, very spicy and gourmand. It’s a mature and romantic scent, ideal for the night, though it also works great in the mid-afternoon. I’ll try it again in autumn with better weather to evaluate it outdoors, but it gives good results.
It was a super special gift; the moment I smelled it, I was intoxicated by exquisite aromas. I’m new to this and don’t know how to explain the notes, but I just know it’s one of my favorites. You won’t regret it.

Writing about Bvlgari Blv Notte is a pleasure, just like wearing it. It’s my first memory of an adult men’s fragrance—the one my dad used. Maybe that’s why I’m a fan of both houses; the Italian tea and pepper base is carved into my olfactory memory as synonymous with well-being, elegance, and distinction. He wore it to work in a suit, for Sunday lunches, on trips to the beach, or after a bath. It was his signature. What does it smell like? It used to make me happy, and it still does. It was the first one I sniffed until I was exhausted to discover its notes. I didn’t know Fragantica back then, but I knew the scent was exquisite, refined, present but not aggressive. It was different. It wasn’t Drakkar Noir, Halston, Azzaro, Polo Green, or Quorum. It was something better, superior. Unlike the classics saturated with barbershop scents replicated in soaps, Blv Notte stands apart. Yes, it smells clean and talcum-like, but the woods, pepper, cardamom, and anise give it a stimulating spicy kick. That spicy part is like a well-placed smudge on the white canvas of the talcum, becoming creamy thanks to chocolate and tobacco flower notes. In its evolution, all the notes walk hand in hand, creating that sense of intoxication that evokes distilled spirits. They penetrate any nose without shouting. It has the presence and gentleness of a very accomplished job. It doesn’t need citrus. The blend of spices, wood, and the sweetness of tobacco and chocolate, along with lavender, is what makes people ask what we’re wearing. To stand out at a date, business meeting, or party. It smells like a gentleman. Morillas usually errs on the side of being too simple, but I’m sure this is one of her favorites; I’d bet she wore it daily. Whether you’re 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60, it’s timeless and suits the wearer’s attitude. It’s bold, educated, clean, spicy when it needs to be, wrapped in a transparent purity that reminds one of a child. It’s not complex nor does it evolve into the unknown, but it’s definitely special. Better for formal, semi-formal, cocktail, or cold evening contexts. I’ve worn it with flannel and jeans in extreme heat, and while it holds up okay, its performance suffers; for that, I recommend its sister, the traditional Blv pour homme. Even though I smelled it as a kid, I never felt it was an “older person” fragrance. Not even in my teens. Yesterday I passed a perfumery and ran into this gem among aberrations full of tonka bean. Today I’m here to defend its legacy. I hope this review is useful, as I understand Notte is discontinued.
