“I LOVE THIS FRAGRANCE”; many would say it’s a woman’s scent, which makes it unique. It’s totally gourmand, like edible cotton candy or caramelized sugar, sometimes a bit burnt but pleasant. I detect a subtle star anise and a touch of citrus that balances it. It’s sweet, intriguing, and long-lasting. I bought it blindly on a US website because Aquolina isn’t distributed here in Venezuela, and it’s hard to find. It’s addictive, romantic, and sweet, but not for everyone. Greetings from Venezuela, I adore perfumes.
It’s the perfect gourmet blend: warm caramelized sugar with a touch of lemon. Don’t judge it by the packaging or at first glance; use it and let it breathe. Enjoy it.
Until I finally managed to get a bottle, it was hard to find; I spotted it on the counter and bought it without thinking. At first, it smells like brandy, then that magnificent caramel sensation kicks in. It suits my personality perfectly; women ask me what lotion I’m using, and my wife loves it. It leaves a strong trail with great longevity; even my clothes smell good the next day. Fantastic purchase.
It’s an exquisite gourmand: a sweet, warm liquor that intoxicates. If you love licorice or anise, don’t hesitate: BUY IT, you won’t regret it. Unfortunately, it’s discontinued, prices are rising, and it’s getting harder to find. 9.8/10.
It’s an exquisite gourmand, sweet as liquor, warm and intoxicating. If you catch it and you like licorice or anise, don’t hesitate: buy it, you won’t regret it. It’s a shame it’s already discontinued; prices are rising and it’s getting harder to find. 9.8/10
For the lucky ones who managed to get this fragrance: take care of it because it’s discontinued, and the few remaining bottles on the market are selling at inaccessible prices.
It’s still available in Europe; I saw it at a perfume shop near my house yesterday. I love it, but that burnt sugar scent is so omnipresent that it can be a bit overwhelming, so I only wear it occasionally.
I’ve had this since 2011 and have only used 20% of it: it’s a winter luxury, lasting all day with just two sprays. It smells like cotton candy with a hint of liquor.
