An elegant blend of wild, fruity, and aromatic berries; unisex, sensual, fresh, informal, and nocturnal, or all at once. One of my favorite Bond No 9 scents I’ve tried: subtle yet playful. The violet and berry note is impressive, literally evoking happiness. In my opinion, an absolute rock star. The floral opening with blackcurrant is a delight. Bleecker Street is discreet but has excellent longevity of about seven hours; for me, it’s a winner.
Uff, a total hit with compliments from everywhere, even guys stop in their tracks. It suits a guy better than a girl on me. That blend of violets and blueberries works amazingly, and the dry-down is beast mode. Lasts over 7 hours solid, strong sillage, and I’m giving it an 8. It’s the most hype-worthy scent from the house, the King of compliments.
Uffff… an absolute winner, compliments until I can’t stop… until women like it, but on a man, it performs better without a doubt. That violet and blueberry note does everything right, and the dry-down is… mamma mia. Longevity is a solid 7+ hours. Moderate but strong trail. Rating 8. It’s the most hippie scent from the house. The King of Compliments!
If you like Aventus, Bleecker Street is your next stop: they share DNA but are different worlds. Here, they forget the pineapple and birch to embrace blueberries. The magic is in that earthy patchouli with suede, acidic from the casis, and sweet with caramel and vanilla. A fragrance of juicy berries that lasts through the entire dry-down with that unique smoky touch, without needing ambergris. Unisex, but with a masculine soul; it shines in spring/summer and all day. Luxury projection and longevity: 4 sprays outlast a workday without overpowering. The bottle is another world: psychedelic, hippie, and super cheerful. Totally recommended.
If you like Aventus, you’ll love Bleecker Street; they clearly share a ‘family vibe.’ Despite sharing notes like cedar, patchouli, oakmoss, jasmine, and vanilla, they are radically different. Bleecker Street has no pineapple, apple, or birch, but rather blueberries. The magic lies in the balance between earthy patchouli and suede, with the herbal acidity of casis and the sweetness of caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon. It’s a perfume of juicy, acidic blueberries that persist throughout the dry-down with long-lasting power, accompanied by that distinctive smoky touch, all without ambergris or animalic notes… notable. It’s unisex but leans masculine, ideal for any season, but shines in spring/summer and at any time of day. Longevity and projection are top-notch for a quality fragrance. On my skin, 4 sprays last more than a workday without needing to reapply. Its presentation deserves special mention: striking shapes and psychedelic colors that remind me of hippies, everything very carefree and cheerful. Highly recommended.
Smells like Aventus; that fruity note reminds me exactly of it, just without that dense, smoky scent. My bottle is from 2019. Longevity: 10 to 12 hours. Projection: like a beast for the first 4 hours, then settles on the skin. Scent: 10/10, very rich, unique, and attention-grabbing; you’ll definitely get compliments.
The first impression is ‘funeral floral arrangement’ because of the violet leaves, which are very noticeable at first and give it a weird, somber touch. I’m not saying it’s bad; that purple blend with blueberries is delicious and refreshing, like taking a juicy glass of sangria. It smells sweet, fresh, fruity, and playful all the time without being intrusive. It’s versatile for all climates, winter and summer (in summer, better at night). At the office, it has a nice trail and longevity, creating a cheerful and calm atmosphere.
Literally floral, I wore it at the office today and it works wonderfully indoors. It’s fresh, fun, versatile, and nothing heavy or intrusive. It has nothing to do with Aventus; it’s unisex, gets compliments, and conveys peace, cleanliness, and order. Longevity and projection are good, although I think it’s been discontinued and you can still find it. The price is a bit high for what it offers, but the scent is charming.
Smells super floral, literally. I wore it at the office today and it performs amazingly indoors. It’s super versatile, fresh, and fun without being heavy or annoying. It has nothing to do with Aventus; it’s unisex, gets tons of compliments, and smells like peace, cleanliness, and order. Longevity and projection are good. I think it’s being discontinued but you can still find it. The price is a bit high for what it offers, but the scent is charming.
Sejano77 allowed me to try this perfume. Bleecker Street is interesting because it has a fresh profile, not in the classic ‘blue’ sense, but quite natural with outdoor elements and a bit of sweetness. It must be said, the opening smells extremely good. What is perceived here, however, is debatable and there’s a lot of room for interpretation; in my case, I notice a notable blackcurrant, a quite dominant violet, and also a pleasant green touch. If certain violet scents work on your skin and others don’t, Bleecker Street would be a good option to test differences. The transparency of the whole fragrance, its light DNA, and how comfortable you feel wearing it are things to keep in mind, but it’s the violet note, at the top and heart, that characterizes this proposal. The sillage is quite moderate but gives good performance in terms of longevity. It’s clean yet sporty and results in an attractive scent for daily use. All in all, this is a worthy fragrance when you need something floral, light with some substance, and a clear fresh element that in the dry down shows signs of a woody-ambery moss opening up and the hidden caramel, in my case. The price is really great, considering the manufacturer’s pocket. But generally, it’s worth recommending Bleecker Street if you find it for a deal well below the official price.
Literally smells like gel, a pleasant and non-intrusive scent. You can tell it’s been on the market for years, but for the price, there are better options. Longevity is 6 hours and the trail is 1 hour.
Literally smells like gel; it’s a pleasant scent and not invasive. It’s understandable it’s been on the market for years, but for the price, there are many better options. Longevity: 6 hours, projection: 1 hour.
Hard fragrance to wear, smells cheap and lacks presence on me.
Hard fragrance to wear, smells cheap to me with no presence.
Bond Bleecker is an intense floral fragrance where violet, moss, and that constant green scent take precedence. I can’t detect the caramel or vanilla it supposedly has; if I had to categorize it, I’d say it’s an intense masculine floral. I once heard someone say it smells like a floral arrangement, and if it smells like that due to the violet, which is the most prominent note throughout the fragrance’s duration, then that makes sense. Personally, it doesn’t kill me, and for the price, there’s much more variety out there these days. If you want to try it, buy a decant first because not everyone will like it. Scent: 6.9/10. Longevity: 6-7 hours. Recommendation: if you don’t have extra money, better look for another perfume.
Bleecker Street feels like a very fun fragrance, nothing intrusive or annoying. I really like the amber note (ambroxan) and how it blends with the fruity note; maybe that’s the similarity some comments link to Aventus, but here it’s just an effect of the fruit-amber accord. If I consider, aside from very personal tastes (which I always respect), one must think about cost vs. performance, since Bond fragrances are hyper-expensive compared to more affordable deals in the market.
I absolutely love it. Before trying it, I heard and read all kinds of reviews—nothing new, very simple, smells cheap; on the other hand, some said it’s a beauty, very natural, etc. Well, I loved it. Sure, it has a very high price tag, but I really loved it. It’s a fresh but potent scent, very green, ozonic, slightly fruity, and very long-lasting for a fresh/green aroma.
Is it beautiful? Yes. Does it have good projection? Yes. Does it last on the skin? Yes. Is it different from 90s men’s perfumes? No. Is it worth the price? NO!
I bought it because Carol G made a fuss about her fragrance, and turns out it’s this one. I haven’t tried it yet, but I feel this indicates more and more women are getting the courage to wear so-called ‘men’s’ fragrances.
To me, it reminds me quite a bit of Montblanc Legend EDT, but more expensive and luxurious. It has a slightly woodier touch, though it keeps the same fruity essence.
Forget anyone claiming this smells like Creed Aventus; it’s pure nonsense. For the price, it smells like cheap shampoo and all hype. In the end, it just smells like hair gel, nothing more, no drama.
Great autumn forest vibe: red fruits, thyme, fresh air, green branches, clean wood… It gives off a good vibe for the wearer and those who get close. Unisex, attractive, and addictive. Too bad it’s not for every budget.
One of the most delicious perfumes I’ve tried and one of the least used, since I haven’t smelled it on anyone else. In its top and heart notes, during the first 6 hours, it reminds me a lot of Hermès Voyage, and in the following 6 hours, as it dries down, it smells like Armani Code Sport. It’s one of the few with a clear evolution in its phases, changing scent over time.
The patchouli has a great harmony here; definitely unisex. I find it a bit pricey, but I understand there are similar dupes available.
It can be classified as unisex, but it smells very masculine to me. Also, I don’t feel it’s sensational considering the price. Just my opinion.
SPECTACULAR. I smelled it in the store today and had no idea it existed. I asked to try it, and my surprise was immediate. I’ve never heard of a perfume this spectacular. Many might think it’s bad, but to me, it’s one of the most original scents I’ve ever encountered; I’ve never heard anything like it on anyone else. I sprayed it on my arm at 10 am, and it was still present at 5 pm. The longevity is great. The sillage isn’t the biggest, but the fixation is a 10. The scent… God, that woody fruit note has me hooked. I’m giving it 10/10 without a doubt. It’s the first fragrance I’m giving a perfect score. Simply SPECTACULAR.
I bought it for a good deal on Notino and the hype from the bichota. I liked that fresh scent without the citrus notes I usually love. It’s an elegant and very versatile aromatic. Low projection and acceptable longevity. It’s my third Bond No9, and I must complain about the caps: poor quality, don’t even think about grabbing the fragrance bottle by the cap. Waiting for Wall Street to arrive.
Definitely not something to buy blind. Everyone fell for the Karol G hype, right? It suits her perfectly, but it’s not for everyone. On my skin, suede, patchouli, cedar, and moss stand out, creating a very masculine aroma, like men’s gel/deodorant after shaving. Just like it came, it went. I couldn’t handle it.
I’ll try to be more polite this time since I got a bit worked up earlier, but it’s due to the frustration and disgust of wearing it almost all day and having to wait until I got home to shower. I don’t know what words to use to describe it; it smells like stale saliva, like when you wake up and the first thing you do is brush your teeth; this smells worse than before you’ve even rinsed your mouth. It’s a nauseating and horrible scent. What I think about Karol G and this fragrance, I’ll keep quiet out of respect.
I’ll be more polite this time, since I got frustrated and disgusted wearing it almost all day until I got home to shower. I don’t know how to describe it better than ‘highly rested saliva,’ like when you wake up before brushing your teeth. It smells worse than before you clean your mouth; it’s nauseating and horrible. Regarding Karol G and this fragrance, I’d rather stay silent out of respect.
A perfume that without a doubt is not for blind buying. Everyone fell for the Karol G hype, right? I don’t doubt it looks incredible on her, but it’s really not for everyone. On my skin, the suede, patchouli, cedar, and moss notes stood out, leaving a fairly masculine aroma. It reminded me of the typical smell of men’s gel or deodorant after a shower. Like it came, it went. I couldn’t handle it.
Not very interesting… it’s noticeable once it dries down but didn’t surprise me. There are better options out there. Smells more like a gentleman who just stepped out of the gym, showered, and seems freshly shaved. Nothing more, nothing less.
Mow the lawn: starts green with violet and blueberry, then spices and woods give it a masculine, sober vibe. It’s a fresh, aromatic-woody scent, natural and relaxing, perfect for a summer day without excess. The sweet base is subtle, reinforcing its informality. On my skin, it reminds me of Toy 2 Pearl but more reserved. It’s not ugly or loud, nor is it a masterpiece; it’s a fresh, versatile option for green lovers with a masculine touch. Rating: 8/10.
