I tested a decanted sample and’ll keep it simple: it’s Killian’s Angel’s Share, but more masculine thanks to the tobacco and leather notes. It’s rich, but I don’t think it beats the original in my DNA. If you love Angel’s Share but find it too feminine, Austin by City Rhythm is for you. The longevity is pretty solid, around 10 hours, though I haven’t been able to test the projection as well. I’d wear this on dates or for elegant occasions because it feels like a sophisticated, classy scent. Overall, I prefer Austin to most fragrances in this DNA; I just wish that pineapple or cinnamon roll note wasn’t so prominent and it leaned more into vanilla, but that’s just a matter of taste.
