  Someone gifted me a small bottle, and honestly, the first impression was poor: low sillage and not very original scent. But it has notable longevity, and the dry-down of the green notes and vetiver is very pleasant. Maybe it’s boring for everyday wear, but it’s a dynamic scent that can work very well on occasion.

  A cool, clean skin scent… No sillage, even when overapplied. Lasts about two hours. I don’t think it’s worth it for the price.

  Comme des Garçons never ceases to surprise me. Amazing Green is spectacular. I love it for three reasons: the scent, which reminds me of the 90s; the order of the notes; and because it’s deceptive. At first, it seems fresh and aquatic, and yes, it is, but then the green notes gain a smoky nuance. It could be spring or summer due to its measured intensity. It’s a fresh verdancy, like freshly watered plants, without an earthy smell, just stems and leaves. The best part is that this wet greenery holds up with the smoky gunpowder until the end without overpowering the green notes. Hence the name: Amazingly Green. The performance is decent, though I’d make it with monstrous projection. Still, I’m fascinated by it.

  A fragrance with a natural scent. I don’t notice the gunpowder note the salespeople mention. It’s quite linear: green ivy stems with a slight creaminess and a young, fresh, wet vetiver. Totally unisex, though the performance is weak; poor longevity and sillage, but it picks up with the heat. Suits men with an informal style and women in daytime wear or summer dresses. I see it as a daytime scent, for personal enjoyment or for fans of this slightly snobbish house where a note always stands out. On my skin, it’s all vetiver. Smells like spring nature and forest breezes. Perfect for eco-friendly folks or park lovers. In women, it has a sophisticated touch and works for work without drawing too much attention. Green and simple, easy to wear.

  Green, wet, and mineral opening. It tickles the nose a bit, like when you scratch a match; I’m not sure if it’s spicy or igneous, but it doesn’t smell like pepper, it just evokes it. Reminds me more of plant sap or ivy soaked in dew. Good projection for summer and lasts about 8 hours. Unisex, ideal for spring-summer in casual moments. Super original, requires a bit of eclecticism because it doesn’t smell like anything familiar. I’d love to wear it, but I don’t dare. Pleasant: 8/10, Interesting: 10/10, Versatile: 6/10, Original: 10/10.
