  Alliage Sport by Estée Lauder is a hit—DameNoir described it perfectly, and I have nothing to add: it’s sparkling, combining the best of two of my favorite house scents with Clinique, and I confirm it. It has that icy freshness of Wrappings and that potent green note from Private C. Yes, it doesn’t last long on the skin, but the trail is very intimate and keeps unfolding gradually. It’s a joy to own, plus it fits into a prodigious blend of those two scents that’s hard to come by. Nowadays, it’s very difficult to find, at least outside the Iberian Peninsula, only available online. I tried it before with Azuree, another retro marvel (the classic one, not the new version I haven’t heard of yet). I recommend it for any season, especially for those who love that natural vibe DameNoir mentioned. On a man, it’s perfect—very urban and modern without overdoing it, for the guy who wants to look modern but not over the top, aloof and reserved up close. I’m thrilled I got it; I’m keeping it like gold in a tissue box alongside my Estée Lauder classics, which are treasures worth hunting down at all costs because finding them is an odyssey.
