Bought it with high hopes, but the sweet, citrusy opening gets overwhelmed by the osmanthus—green, resinous, and too sharp. As it dries, it becomes slightly creamy and that bitter note fades. Nowadays I wear it without feeling overwhelmed, though not for extreme heat. Quite potent. I’m testing layering to boost its sweetness. I’m keeping it, waiting for the mango to come through stronger.

I bought this scent with great excitement, and unfortunately, it’s been hard to enjoy it properly. I bought it blind after reading reviews I took lightly. The opening is sweet and a bit acidic from the citrus, the mango is noticeable as the protagonist with its sweetness, but the green and resinous note of osmanthus overwhelms everything and accompanies the entire dry down. That green note isn’t just green; it’s something resinous and piercing. As it dries, it becomes a bit creamier, but it doesn’t change much in my opinion… I don’t feel the oud wood, although maybe it gives more strength to the osmanthus… I don’t know yet. I thought about selling it right after buying it, but I’ve had it for three weeks and realized it’s sweetening, and that green-resinous-bitter part has faded. Today it’s sunny but fresh, I put it on and it didn’t overwhelm me, and I feel its sweetness (I wouldn’t wear it in the heat). Its trail is quite potent. I’m meditating on what scent to layer with to boost its fruity sweetness… For now, I’m keeping it and will keep testing, waiting for it to macerate more and that sweet mango note I love so much to come out with more force.

I love it! But when it arrived and I put it on, I hated it and had to wash my arm. I felt it was invasive, very green, masculine, and synthetic. I cursed and put it away for two weeks. Then I put it on again and I loved it. I don’t know if it was the oxygen or I was expecting more ripe mango, but now I adore it. The citrus notes from the opening disappear in 5 minutes. The mango stays from start to finish, half green and juicy. The sweetness isn’t overwhelming; it comes from the amber and sandalwood. It doesn’t smell like gum at all. The jasmine in the heart feels the same, but less at the end; my nose thinks it’s neroli, but it says osmanthus. Totally unisex, right in the middle. I’m already tempted to buy the coffee one, but with this heat, no way.

  • I bought it blind because they say it’s the dupe of the spectacular Mango Kiss. Although it’s similar, it’s a synthetic and cheap version of that original. I don’t usually buy Arabic dupes; I prefer original fragrances, and this perfume reminded me why.

  • I’m speaking up for this one. Maybe my perspective is different because I’m not a fan of fruity or tropical scents, and here they don’t stick with me, even with mango and orange. It feels fresh, woody, and without saying it, with some patchouli. It has a green, earthy, vintage, and masculine touch. The mango is hinted at, but very subtle and brief. It doesn’t smell too synthetic, except at first. In the dry down, it seems great, but for men. For €20, it’s worth it. I gifted it to my dad and he loves it 🙂

  • I’m defending this fragrance. I’m not a fan of fruity scents, but this smells fresh, woody, with a touch of patchouli—green, earthy, vintage, and masculine. The mango is hinted at discreetly and briefly; it doesn’t seem synthetic to me except at first. The dry down is great, but it’s for men. At €20, it’s worth it. I gifted it to my dad and he loves it.

Personally, I liked the smell somewhat, it seems rich and unisex-feminine, but it gives me a headache, HORRIBLE!

A perfume for those who truly appreciate evolution and know what quality is. It has a citrus opening that lasts a while, but then comes the magic: the mango appears with all its power, super addictive and semi-ripe. It blends with jasmine and woody notes, wow, total niche quality, incredible. It leaves a trail, lasts over 10 hours, projects a lot, it’s summery, super elegant, and totally versatile, unisex. Lattafa is incredible, only good surprises, and the bottle is luxurious. A great hit.

Personally, I liked the scent; it seems rich and unisex-feminine, but it gives me a terrible headache.

  • I bought this blind; the first impression was a disaster, very off-putting, zero for my taste, leaning green and a bit masculine for me. I left it in the closet for a month, didn’t want to throw it away, and kept reading good reviews. Tried it again 😍 and what a delight of mango and osmanthus. If it’s a little sweet, just a tiny bit. I only tested it, don’t really wear it, but one thing: let your perfumes settle if the first impression fails, this happens to me often.

  • GammaPerfumería

Just tried it and I have to say, the mango smells so good. Yes, synthetic, but delicious. I’m worried it might bore me like with Badee al Oud Honor Of Glory. For the price, it’s a rich tropical scent, but not for extreme heat, more for temperate climates. EDIT: I bought it, tried it, and now it smells green, unripe mango. It’s different from last time. I’ll let it macerate to see if that rich mango from before comes back. It feels more feminine than masculine. It’s no longer so clear; it’s green mango, WATCH OUT.

  • Oud… why? Sometimes it ruins Arabic perfumes for me. That bitter, dry, burnt, sometimes pure gasoline note… no, I can’t handle it unless it’s perfectly blended.

  • Probadoaprobado

I had high hopes because I love tropical fruits. The box and bottle are pretty, but the yellow liquid reminds me of urine. When I first sprayed it, it smelled like plastic and chemicals. I let it age for a month. The opening is now citrusy and cheerful, leading into green mango and osmanthus—that’s good so far. But the dry down defeated me; it smells like fuel or something burnt, a disagreeable chemical note. I removed it from my collection. It lasts over 8 hours with great projection. I see its season as summer, but it’s not elegant and feels a bit informal.

  • Probadoaprobado

I had high hopes for this perfume because I love tropical fruit and tropical flower scents. Even knowing it wasn’t a creamy or ripe sweet mango, I bought it for the mango and osmanthus notes. The box and bottle are very pretty: a silk-like fabric box, a heavy frosted glass bottle showing the yellow liquid (I don’t like the color; it reminds me of urine), and a very nice cap. It was my fourth Arabic perfume, after Yara Tous, Rave Now, and Al Fursan unlimited (all from Lattafa), and although they all smelled a bit plastic, synthetic, or chemical when new, this one smelled really strong in a bad way when I first opened it, so I let it macerate for over a month in the dark. After a month, that unfavorable opening disappeared, and its beautiful opening with bright, cheerful citrus notes appeared, quickly giving way to that green mango. I could almost say it’s the scent of a green mango peel, accompanied by osmanthus, which gave it a kinder touch; up to that point, it was good. But the dry down… the dry down has beaten me in a bad way. The dry down has a note that I find very unpleasant; I don’t know if it’s the oud or another undeclared note, but it smells like something chemical, like fuel or burnt, which, after several attempts, made me remove this fragrance from my collection. I gave it a shot in summer and early autumn, but it’s not for me; it bothers me. It’s a fragrance that also has great longevity, over 8 hours in my case with great projection. I think its season is summer, and I see it as a bit informal and not elegant.

  • Fresh, sweet mango with oud. I love it. The mango with spices and woods has such an original and sophisticated touch. Niche quality; mine didn’t need maceration, I liked it from the start, but the mango has become more intense and complex over time. If you don’t like oud, it’s not for you; it’s not a fresh, sweet, or milky mango. It’s highly unisex; my boyfriend wears it and has received many compliments. It’s my signature summer perfume this year; for the night, I layer it with an amber or intense spicy perfume. 10/10.

  • Fresh, sweet mango with oud—a unique, sophisticated touch that didn’t even need aging. Over time, the mango has become more intense and ‘octopus-like’. If you don’t like oud, this isn’t for you; it’s not a lactonic mango. It’s unisex; my boyfriend wears it and loves it. My summer signature scent for night, layered with something amber. 10/10.

I tried it for the first time today. The opening is potent: a green mango paired with a strong, sour lemon at first. Then you notice the woods and a touch of sweetness. It’s so delicious! I live in a hot city and wanted citrus/fresh perfumes, so I’m glad I bought it at such a great price. I know it needs more maceration since the longevity is low right now. It feels like a glass of sparkling mineral water with a hint of lemon 🍋 full of ice on a very sunny day.

  • It’s a sweet and soft fragrance with moderate longevity and projection. The opening features a rich, sweet citrus mango. It leans feminine unisex.

  • I didn’t like it; it’s a very green and acidic mango. I expected something sweeter and more tropical, which definitely isn’t for me.

  • Gabriela Zephora

I didn’t notice it being as citrusy, effervescent, or gasoline-like as some other reviewers mentioned, with all due respect 😘. It’s true that I let my bottle macerate for a while, and in my humble opinion, it’s a very sweet mango, not cloying, intense, seeming to be here with the pit, skin, and all—a green skin (what a contrast, right?). It’s a perfume with an intriguing construction, tropical, a bit dusty, with veins of spices, woods, and herb roots with wet earth that, at some point, makes you feel like you’re in a tropical forest after the rain. I like it (and I confess I generally don’t like fruity scents), and this bottle is enough for me; it was a gift, but I won’t go back for another like I do with other fragrances I love. I don’t think I’d miss it, plus I have other fragrances on my radar 😻. Performance: moderate, with moderate projection for the first three hours.

Started with a mango curry scent smelling like an Indian restaurant, but after two months of aging, it now smells like a tree trunk soaked in sweet mango. It’s my favorite hug, my best therapist for bad days. Not for the office or dates; it’s 100% mine. I sleep with it and don’t share. Moderate sillage, lasts 8 hours.

  • Karmela76

Update on my review: at first, it smelled like curry mango (no coconut). On my skin, it smelled like an Indian restaurant, and the mango lasted less than an hour. I had a bad memory of Polish influencer Paulina recommending it on YouTube. After a month of maturation, it was a different story: it started smelling like wood, and the mango stood out, becoming sweet. After two months, it smells like a tree trunk soaked in sweet mango. In short, it’s like hugging a mango tree. I adore it. If I have a bad day at work, I want to go home to put it on. It’s my best therapist. It’s not for everyone, not for the office, gym, dates, or summer… It’s for me, I sleep with it, and I don’t share it. Sillage: moderate. Longevity: 8 hours.

  • The opening is pure mango, very sweet. It evolves beautifully, becoming creamy and rich. That evolution makes it more masculine because, at first, it seems like a woman’s perfume. Tip: when you receive it, spray 4 or 5 times into the air and let it sit for a month. As it oxidizes, its structure changes noticeably for the better.

  • Estefaniamauro23

The moment I opened it, it smelled like baby powder; it just didn’t work for me. Once it dried down, it improved and took on a more tropical vibe. The longevity is decent, but the opening was a total letdown. I’ll let it macerate for a few months to see if it changes.

  • Ugh, when I tested it in the store, it smelled like weird burnt wood, which actually caught my attention. Once it dried down, it smelled like mango pulp; when I bought it, it smelled citrusy, so I stored it, and months later, that sweet mango note came back. In summer, it smells like mango with citrus, and the oud is barely noticeable, just a light wood. In winter, it smells like citrus and osmanthus, leaving the mango for the dry down. It smells great almost all year except winter—I love it 💛.
