Descripción
Agua de Agatha Ruiz de la Prada by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada is a citrus fragrance for women. Launched in 2002, this composition was created by Laurent Bruyere. The top notes highlight the freshness of lime, green lemon, bergamot, and mandarin. The heart reveals a floral and herbaceous bouquet with coriander, jasmine, valley lily, and narcissus. To finish, the base notes offer a warm, woody foundation of white musk, cedar, patchouli, and amber.

Water is light, soft, and fresh; a blend of citrus and floral notes with a citrus dominance. The bottle is imaginative and original, very Agatha. Perfect for everyday wear, modern and natural. The scent lasts quite a while on the skin.
Wow, it smells like grandma and I don’t like it at all.
It smells very much like ‘grandma,’ and not in a good way.
Smells great, very fresh, almost aquatic… then the floral notes come through, I think the jasmine takes the lead. Later, the intensity drops and leaves a powdery, talcum-like trail that’s quite potent. Lasts several hours, smells clean, fresh, feminine, and melancholic… very nice.
I used to wear this a few years ago. I’m from Argentina and haven’t been able to find it for almost 4 years. I don’t know if they stopped making it or if it just doesn’t ship here. I loved it, and someone recommended a very similar one: it’s from Spain, called Agua Fresca de Azahar by Aire de Sevilla, it’s beautiful! Too bad it’s not sold here either, so I have to wait for someone to travel.
What a great scent this has! Too bad it’s no longer available; it was so fresh, so clean, and lasted long, at least on me. I remember wearing it even in winter, and its bright citrus notes didn’t fade. People praised it every time I applied it. I loved it… my heart is broken by its absence.
I didn’t even remember owning it, but I used it during my pre-teen/teen years. I really loved extremely citrusy and unisex perfumes back then; I had Esika’s YOU and then Calvin Klein’s One. Now, at 24, I no longer enjoy these fragrances because on my skin they turn bitter; now I look for something sweeter or fruitier. But what a beautiful memory it brought back like a flashback when I saw it… I remember my room from those years and the closet where I kept it. I don’t remember its notes or longevity anymore, only that in essence it was citrusy and youthful.
I love it! They blend citrus with amber incredibly well; the amber cuts the acidity of the lemon and bergamota. It was my first perfume in early adolescence. I adored it. Recently, I managed to get it with my sister online because it’s been discontinued for years. I hope they relaunch it someday.

A scent from my pre-teen memories. It was a zinnia fragrance for young girls; green and fresh. It had a sophisticated touch just right for that age and was very versatile. A true reflection of zinnia.

The name fits perfectly; it’s as fresh as a drop of water. A clean, super-neutral green that I absolutely loved. There are fragrances that should never go away. It was a perfect all-rounder that never bothered anyone, always there when you got tired of heavier scents. For those interested: try Loewe’s Earth, it has a similar vibe.
