Ralph’s Club New York is fruity, aromatic, and woody. The opening is fruity and semi-sweet with blackcurrants and tangerine; that accord sets it apart from the rest of the line. It keeps the DNA of lavender, geranium, vetiver, and a soft vanilla that adds sweetness. It’s very versatile, usable in all four seasons, though best in spring and autumn. Great for casual, laid-back wear, going out with friends, or school, but not for formal situations. Longevity is 7-8 hours with regular sillage. It’s easy to like and a great blind buy gift. Not essential for the collection unless you already own another Ralph’s Club, where the Elixir is the most unique and Parfum is my favorite. Go try it and decide.
First impressions: smells great, sweet but balanced, and it settles well. My partner wore it on their skin all day.
It’s good, yes, really good as they say, but not that amazing. It reminds me a lot of Antonio Banderas’ Icon Supreme, and in my country, it’s hard to justify costing 10 times more than the AB Icon Supreme.
A new variant in the Ralph’s Club saga… Very good, masculine, slightly formal, deeply woody and creamy thanks to the sandalwood and geranium, with that intense soapy lavender from the original. Here, there’s a novel fruity sweetness for the line. In the dry down, I get some aromatic woodiness. It’s a youthful fragrance, perfect for semi-formal events or similar occasions. The power is moderate in longevity and projection, maybe its weak point. The bottle is gorgeous.
I had high expectations, but once it dries down, it smells like Hawas Ice, just a bit subtler in the sticky parts. Discarded from my list.
After a few days, it’s a two-phase scent: fruity at first, then drying down to vanilla with strong woody notes. I love it; the opening is short but delicious, while the heart lasts 6-8 hours. Excellent for me. It’s very similar to Myself Le Absolu, but this one smells more masculine.
