About Aiteall
Aiteall Is a Green-Spicy Fougère With a Wild Drydown
WOOT introduces Aiteall in 2026 as a unisex entry in the Aromatic Fougère family, made for men and women. It was composed by perfumer Christophe Raynaud.
It opens with violet leaves and aromatic notes, moves into jasmine, fougère accord, lavender and cinnamon, then settles into animal notes, guaiac wood, patchouli and moss.
The opening feels green and airy. Violet leaf brings a crisp, slightly ozonic edge, while the aromatic notes keep it clean and lifted rather than sharp.
The heart lays out the fougère theme. Lavender and the fougère accord set the structure, white jasmine softens the lines, and cinnamon adds warm spice and dimension.
The drydown turns darker and more textured. Guaiac wood, patchouli and moss create a woody, earthy base, with an animalic touch that adds depth and grit.
The appeal is in that contrast. Lavender and moss nod to classic fougère freshness, while cinnamon, patchouli and animalic facets push it toward something warmer and more modern.
Overall it wears as a balanced unisex scent: bright and herbal at first, then cozy-spicy in the middle before the mossy woods take over.
It will suit men and women who like lavender, moss and patchouli, white florals with warm spice, and a fougère that allows a little earthy, animalic edge.
Aiteall keeps the fougère idea fresh for 2026. Green up top, spicy-floral in the middle and woody-mossy at the base, it finishes elegant with just enough wildness to stand out.
