About Perseveranza
Perseveranza by Xerjoff: A Warm, Spicy New Launch
Xerjoff introduces Perseveranza, a woody spicy fragrance created for men and women. It's a brand-new scent released in 2026, adding a warm and aromatic chapter to the Italian house's portfolio.
From the first spray, there's a push-pull between freshness and depth. The opening is bright and zesty, but the base quickly reveals a balsamic, almost cozy finish that lingers on the skin.
The top notes are allspice, ginger, and citron. This trio creates a lively, slightly peppery entrance, with enough citrus lift to keep things from feeling heavy.
The heart layers elemi, vetiver, and clove. Elemi adds a resinous glow, vetiver brings an earthy, grounded feel, and clove keeps the spicy theme going into the middle of the wear.
Tonka bean, labdanum, and styrax make up the base. Together, they give Perseveranza a sweet, ambered warmth with a soft balsamic edge and a faintly vanillic finish.
Across the structure, the dominant accords are warm spicy, aromatic, citrusy, and woody, with supporting fresh, ambery, balsamic, earthy, and vanillic touches. It's a layered composition, but one that stays easy to follow.
With a current rating of 3.75 out of 5 based on 83 ratings, Perseveranza is shaping up as a versatile pick for fans of spiced woods who want something grown-up but not overly formal.
This fragrance will appeal to anyone who likes warm spices and woody bases, and who appreciates a scent that can move from day to night. It's designed as a men's and women's fragrance, so it works well for sharing—or for anyone who doesn't like to stay in one olfactive lane.
Perseveranza is a confident new addition from Xerjoff. It balances the brightness of citrus and ginger with a deep, resinous base, making it easy to wear and easy to enjoy. A solid choice for those looking for a modern spicy wood with a classic heart.

What a wonderful note from Elemí. I have a certain weakness for green fragrances. But given the price and the brand, this one only meets my expectations “up to a point.” A green, spicy composition that doesn’t invent anything but is really pleasant to wear. Maybe it lacks the risky character of the Lambos and a twist that would better match the striking design style with which the Italian car brand delights us. This is a fragrance that doesn’t shout, and despite being very pleasant, it is also tremendously discreet. I think they have lacked boldness. Lamborghini is not discreet luxury; it is loud luxury and turns heads, something very difficult to do if you want to be elegant at the same time. I think the composition falls a bit short in the absence of that risky aspect that the Lamborghini brand carries with it.
