I searched for this because I loved Sensus Absolute, but it’s no longer available at Avon, and on Mercado Libre it’s priced between $25 and $30. Seeing that coffee is listed as a note, I checked YouTube and found very few reviews, so I ordered it online and it took a week to arrive. My only reference for coffee scents was Ferragamo UOMO. Sensus Quest features ginger, coffee, and cedar; perhaps because it’s so simple and direct, it’s a great fragrance. It opens with a spicy top note and quickly develops into a roasted coffee scent—very pleasant, nothing invasive or overwhelming, and it settles into wood on the dry down. For me, it’s a simple, excellent combination for this fall and winter season; it’s versatile because it’s not cloying, and depending on how many sprays you use, you can control the intensity. It’s not a beast, but it has moderate projection and longevity. I absolutely love the aroma of roasted coffee beans, and this fragrance delivers on that. In summary: Scent 10/10 (I love the coffee), Performance 8/10, Value 10/10. In Mexico, it sells for between $10 and $15. P.S. You wouldn’t expect a natural aroma at this price point, but it’s executed very well and exceeds expectations. If you like coffee, you won’t regret trying it, and if you don’t, feel free to gift it to me.
