I’ll share my first impressions. Upon application, there’s a stark contrast with Aventus (it doesn’t resemble it at all): on one hand, an extremely sour lemon-like lime, and on the other, a sharp, well-masculine woody note. Over time, the wood spreads and blends homogeneously with the lemon, removing that initial sensation and leaving sharp citrus tones atop what it hides in the depths. There are tiny drops of oriental oud and incense accords, but rather than acting as fixatives, I don’t see them taking the spotlight in this Fantasma Overglow. Without all the fluff or fanciful descriptions, if I had to compare it to something super well-known so you can imagine the scent, it’s like taking the style of Zara’s Vibrant Leather and making it metallic, less fruity, and slightly musky. Over time, the citrus fades until only that bare, naked musk skeleton remains on the skin. It’s a good perfume; compared to the other scents from this brand that I feel cross the line and border on being unusable and overwhelming for those around you, this one seems simple but has its own magic.
