I love it! People will probably say it smells chemical, and they might be right, but it’s rich and fruity. I think it’s perfect for gifting to girls or wearing myself. At 44, I still really enjoy it, and I’d buy it again without a doubt 😜
It seems delicious; they’ll surely say it’s synthetic and maybe it is, but it’s tasty; it smells like little strawberries. I think it’s really nice to gift to girls or young women and delicious to wear myself; I would repurchase. I’m 44 years old 😜
I just went to the perfumerie to get an express sample to smell it on my skin. The name fits perfectly: PAVLOVA. I love that dessert, and this smells exactly like it. I liked it a lot. Very good longevity. It’s like serving yourself a rich portion of Pavlova and feeling that meringue with cream and strawberries. I don’t see it as very elegant for a date or party, but it’s perfect for everyday wear, going to work, or for teens/young girls, since it’s sweet but fresh; it even inspired a touch of innocence. I imagine it for a high school or college student starting their journey through the portal of youth.
So cute and delicious! 🩷 At first, it smells like pure strawberry and nothing artificial. After half an hour, it becomes sweeter and more floral, and as it dries down, it gains creaminess. It’s not cloying or synthetic, and honestly, it’s better than Burberry Her. It lasts about 6 hours and is super versatile.
It’s mega cute and delicious! 🩷 At first, it’s pure strawberry and nothing synthetic; after half an hour, it becomes sweeter and floral, and as it dries, it turns creamy. It’s not cloying or synthetic, and I don’t find any resemblance to Burberry Her; it’s even more delicious. It lasts about 6 hours; I see it as very versatile.
I bought it blindly and liked it; it smells a lot like ‘Strawberry Shortcake’. It has a good trail, I got complimented several times, and the packaging is gorgeous. At first, the strawberry stands out (some might find it a bit synthetic), but as it dries, the apple note comes through.
It’s identical to Escada’s Candy Love, which was a limited edition and won’t be back, so this is the perfect substitute at a great price. I can’t ask for more, I love it, it’s very my style 🙂 And no, it doesn’t remind me of Burberry Her either.
I’ve had it for a while and was waiting for the cold weather to use it. I love it; it smells exactly like caramel, cream, and strawberries as promised. The trail and longevity could be better, but the deliciousness is priceless. If you wear it out or to work, keep it in your bag to reapply because after an hour and a half, it’s almost gone. Anyway, it makes you want to eat it; it’s a dessert made into perfume. 🍓❤️
I picked this up blindly during the hot sale; I hadn’t seen it anywhere and grabbed it by chance. I love it! It doesn’t smell synthetic; the strawberry and apple opening is fresh and sweet, then dries down to whipped cream. It’s literally a little dessert. So delicious and for the price, it’s a beast. 🍰🍓🍨🍏🍦
Smells like a strawberry lollipop.
Very delicious! Sweet strawberries with cream in a bottle. The strawberries aren’t natural, they’re toy-like 😜, not synthetic so as not to sound critical. It’s cute, lasts about 4 hours, and the trail is moderate if you apply generously. I got confused with Burberry Her Classic.
Very delicious! Sweet little fruits with cream in a bottle. Just to clarify, the strawberries aren’t natural; they’re toy-like 😜, I’m not saying synthetic because that sounds critical, and it’s not. It’s a cute perfume with acceptable longevity for its price, about 4 hours. The trail is medium if you apply generously. As the cherry on top, I’ve been mistaken for the classic Burberry Her.
I absolutely love it; it smells super youthful. The longevity is short, so I save it for bedtime; it’s gorgeous for relaxing before sleep.
I bought it blind (like several in my collection) and this time it didn’t go so well. I don’t dislike it, but probably if I had tested it first, I wouldn’t have bought it. It’s rich, you can feel the strawberry, and I agree with other comments that it’s somewhat synthetic. Based on the notes, I imagined it differently, but it’s somewhat similar to Burberry Her and to my surprise, it’s very close to VS Love Spell. Rich but meh.
I love the scent. It feels very youthful and doesn’t last long, so I don’t wear it to go out, but it’s beautiful for getting ready for bed.
I bought it blind because I loved the notes and the packaging. When I received it, I was recovering from a cold and it didn’t convince me; it reminded me a bit of Burberry Her (which I never managed to like). But I decided to give it more chances and ended up falling in love. It smells like an acidic strawberry with a vanilla base: fresh strawberries with whipped cream. Does it smell a bit synthetic? Yes, the strawberry is a synthetic note, but it’s still very enjoyable. It’s a cheerful, fruity, sparkling, quintessential gourmand perfume. I don’t detect the rose. Indulgent, informal, for everyday wear. For young people (in age and heart), it’s tender and sweet. There’s nothing dark here, just sweetness. If you don’t enjoy prominent red fruits in perfumes, it probably won’t be to your liking.

I’m starting to suspect I received a damaged bottle because I disagree greatly with the reviews, although I usually agree. What a terrible brew; I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the worst thing I’ve bought from the brand. It smells like strawberry essence, but like industrial essence, the kind workers carry in 10-liter jugs for the glycerin and surfactant mix at the supermarket for 90 cents a liter. Saying it smells like synthetic strawberry is an understatement. Then there’s a barely perceptible milky aftertaste. What a pity, because I bought it excited after the marvel that is Macaron Amande from the same collection. I’ll try it cold and look for another sample; this bottle is literally industrial essence.
I bought it for the positive reviews and the intrigue. The truth is, I like it a lot. If I smell it directly from the bottle, it smells like very acidic strawberry, like Bubaloo, but as soon as I put it on, it’s completely different: it smells like creamy strawberry with cream. It brings back my childhood, the scent of little strawberries as they said, like a girl’s toy. The good thing is I can wear a lot of it and it doesn’t invade anything, never off-putting. It doesn’t have much trail but lasts quite a while. Super satisfied, recommend for those looking to smell something sugary but very soft.
I’m starting to suspect I might have received a damaged bottle because I disagree so much with the reviews here, even though I usually agree with several comments. What a terrible brew, I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the worst thing I’ve bought from this brand. It smells like strawberry essence, but industrial essence, the kind a worker carries in 10-liter jugs to pour into a crucible of glycerin and surfactants so you can get it at the supermarket as liquid soap for 90 cents a liter. Saying it smells like synthetic strawberry is an understatement. Then there’s a barely perceptible lactonic afternote. What a pity because I bought it excited after the wonder that is Macaron Amande from the same collection. I’ll try using it when it’s colder and attempt to find another sample to compare; the bottle I have is literally industrial essence, what a shame.
Very synthetic.
I hated it. It smells like artificial strawberry syrup, which I find too unpleasant. I bought it blind because I own other perfumes from the Tea Time a Paris collection and based on the notes I thought I’d like it, but I can’t stand it.
I was looking for a strawberry and cream perfume. I tried it but it didn’t impress me much. If I can’t find something better, I think I’ll buy it.
It’s a truly beautiful fragrance, but the problem is its longevity: on my skin, it didn’t last even half an hour. No matter how cheap it is, the math just doesn’t add up. It’s a shame the brand doesn’t invest in fixatives because their perfumes are unique and delicious. If they lasted longer, I wouldn’t mind paying more.
🍓💕 I absolutely loved Jeanne Arthes Tea Time a Paris Pavlova, a creamy and delicate strawberry. It doesn’t trail, it’s not impactful; on my skin it lasts 4 hours and then fades to skin-only for another 8. But I like its discretion, I appreciate that it’s not invasive. It’s for everyday wear, springtime for a cheerful girl in a pink dress, ballet flats, a white purse, and a bow in her hair, very girly 🎀🌸.
I didn’t like it at all. It has an artificial strawberry syrup smell that I find too unpleasant. I bought it blind because I own other perfumes from the Tea Time à Paris collection and based on the notes, I thought I’d like it, but I can’t stand it.
It tastes rich and gourmand, no denying it. Sweet and tart strawberries with cream. I liked it, but not for me; maybe for a teenager.
I detect a Mentos strawberry scent at least in the opening, not really the strawberry and cream others describe. It’s very synthetic with an acidic opening from the strawberries and what I assume is apple. It’s muuuy delicious; I’d buy it a thousand times over. That said, I don’t feel that creamy vibe people talk about. I’ve had mine for 9 months, and it feels a bit more now, but honestly, it’s not very lactonic or creamy. It lasts 3 to 4 hours, a bit more close to the skin, and I’d love for it to last longer. On clothes, it lasts a bit more. I sense it’s very similar to Macaron Amande in that they are both very sweet yet fresh and not overwhelming, nothing like the last fragrance in this line (Tartelette Citron). Hopefully, they keep releasing perfumes like this. I don’t understand why they say it resembles Burberry Her; there’s nothing alike, haha. If you’re looking for a dupe for that perfume here, this isn’t it. Her is much more powdery and perhaps floral, while this is more synthetic with a candy/caramel strawberry smell.
I picked it up a few days ago because it’s hard to find here in Argentina. I own Macaron Amande, which is exquisite, but this one, despite being pleasant, lacks the lactonic touch. It opens with tart strawberry and green apple, then after a few minutes, you get the cream and vanilla with strawberry, like a strawberry ice cream. It doesn’t last long, except on clothes where it persists for hours longer than on skin.
I really like this perfume, and it projects a bit more than the Marc O’Polo green scent. It’s a super sweet and gourmand fragrance, like a strawberry dessert with caramelized creams and a noticeable apple note. It reminds me a bit of Burberry Her, but without the woody base, making it a fairly simple perfume. As I find with most perfumes from this brand, it’s pretty, but it projects little and doesn’t last at all. I’m currently using it at home as a personal treat. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t buy it again…
It’s a beauty!! A delicious gourmand fragrance. You can really smell the strawberries, cream, and caramel; it’s like having a portion of fresh strawberry Pavlova. Sweet, vanilla-infused, fruity, and ideal. For winter, I wish it lasted a bit longer, but that’s just how it is… I would buy it again. If you’re choosing between this and Odyssey Candle, go with this one.
Hi! I just couldn’t get into this fragrance. First off, my nose detects no resemblance to Burberry Her. I bought it in autumn following reviews, and I’m not sure if it needed to mature, but I was disappointed (very strong, artificial/plastic, cloyingly sweet scent). I also don’t sense any dessert-like quality because my nose doesn’t pick up creamy or lactonic notes, unless it’s a strawberry jelly (and even then, it doesn’t evoke that for me). In winter, it improved slightly, and now I can wear it without getting a headache. Anyway, it’s definitely not my type of perfume. P.S.: I’m a huge fan of Macaron Amande from the same collection; it’s pleasant and comforting, even if it doesn’t last long.
Hi! I just couldn’t handle this fragrance. First of all, for my nose, there’s no resemblance to Burberry Her. I bought it in autumn following comments, and I’m not sure if it needed to macerate, but it disappointed me (very strong smell, artificial/plastic, sweet/cloying). I also don’t feel it’s a dessert, because my nose doesn’t pick up creamy/milky notes, unless it’s a strawberry jelly (and even then, that’s not what it evokes for me). In winter, it improved a bit, maybe due to maceration or the weather, and now I can smell it without a headache. Anyway, it’s definitely not my type of perfume. PS: I’m a huge fan of Macaron Amande from the same collection; it’s very pleasant and comforting, although it doesn’t last long.
I hated it. Too synthetic. I couldn’t find any sweetness or fruitiness in it. Beyond being synthetic, it just left a powdery, serious feeling on my skin. I ended up gifting it away.
Hi, why do people say some perfumes smell ‘synthetic’? When are they all synthetic? It’s not like you’re throwing fresh strawberries, cream, and natural vanilla on top of a bottle…
For anyone who likes strawberry, a bit tart and a bit sweet, paired with cream. The standout notes are rich, fruity, and long-lasting thanks to the great price.
My Pavlova has finally arrived. I hesitated to buy it since I already own Rave Now and Bur Berry Her. To my surprise, it doesn’t resemble either of them, but I absolutely loved it. On my skin, it matches my favorite Natura Cereza y Avellana line perfectly. It’s surprisingly persistent despite being new. The strawberry and apple notes dominate, but a strawberry daiquiri with ice or a strawberry torpedo ice cream would be even fresher. Compared to Rave Now, it’s much creamier when dried down, while Burberry Her feels invasive, acidic, and lasts ten times longer. Pavlova just lacks the creaminess that Rave Now has. I loved it from the first sniff, way more than its green version.
On my skin, it smells like a strawberry and chocolate cake, though my sister swore it smelled like strawberry yogurt. It’s delicious, but it fades way too quickly, what a pity.
