  1. It’s a fragrance where rose and sugar take the lead, with a touch of Oud that gives it character; I see it as more feminine. The longevity and projection are top-notch, but it’s not for me—it’s just too sweet.

One of the best fragrances from Simone Andreoli in my opinion: a dry, spiced, smoky rose wrapped in saffron, with just enough sweetness to make it totally unisex. Vanilla reinforces this by softening the scent from start to finish, while the woods and that citrus hint add the masculine facet. Vetiver is noticeable at first but lingers in the background throughout, adding depth. Definitely for cool climates and casual to formal wear. It’s not for young people, but for those of a certain age who want to convey character and elegance without losing a casual vibe, making it easy to wear in various settings. I think it shines from mid-autumn through the first (and colder) days of spring. Don’t buy it blindly; it’s one of Andreoli’s most mature scents and the Venom Secret of Shaman cut, denser than Smoke of Desert and Rose of Dangerous Flamenco. Without a doubt, try it; if you like aromas like Rose Omeyyade (without implying they smell the same, just in that direction), you’ll love it.

  3. I love this scent. It’s the clean Oud from Oud Satin Mood mixed with the vanilla rose from Roses Vanille, all bathed in brown sugar and an intoxicating amber base. The vanilla reminds me of Montale’s Sweet Vanilla; maybe a slightly synthetic touch, but it suits me perfectly. Overall, it’s a high-quality perfume. It works as unisex if you love things very sweet. It’s super gourmand, but without crossing into edible territory. The hardest part is enduring the extreme sweetness along with the Oud and saffron notes—the latter is very soft but present. You must try it before buying, especially given the price, but it’s one of my favorites with the rose-Oud-saffron combo. It has moderate-to-notable sillage and lasts about 10 hours on skin, forever on clothes. Perfect for autumn and winter, but even in summer, using just a few sprays, it keeps me hooked. Scent 8/10, Longevity 10/10, Sillage 8.5/10, Value 7/10, Versatility 6/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy it again? Yes.

The vanilla reminds me of Montale’s Sweet Vanilla, with that maybe-synthetic touch that somehow suits me great. Together, it smells like high quality. It’s unisex for those who love sweetness, super gourmand but not overly edible. The toughest part is the Oud and saffron, though the latter is very soft yet noticeable.
