  I don’t get this perfume. It doesn’t smell good and I don’t know what occasion to use it for. It reminds me too much of a Reflex-style sports spray. I don’t know what they were aiming for, but for me, it’s a fiasco, Mauboussin’s biggest one.

  I bought it on a third-party recommendation saying it was in the Creed Aventus line (though I don’t know what that actually smells like). However, upon smelling it, the first thing I thought of was mentholated foot powder. A total disappointment. It’s nothing like what I expected. I don’t recommend buying blind, even at a relatively low price.

  I love this perfume, very good. Wish they would make a Parfum version.

  Bought it blind for the price and it didn’t disappoint. The opening smells like a medicinal spray, like Montblanc Explorer coming out of a disinfectant. It lasts a few minutes, but once it dries down, that’s where it shines: it smells very similar to Aventus and is pleasant. Projection and longevity are good for the first two hours, and it’s noticeable on the skin until morning. It’s a quality synthetic. For the price, I prefer this over Explorer; it reminds me a lot of it, but this dries down better. I love Explorer’s opening, which smells like Aventus, but the drydown smells like sweat to me, so it’s not for me.
