It smells good, clean, and fresh. At first I thought it was Boucheron Pour Homme, but that apple and amber change it quickly, bringing it closer to Hugo Boss, though it doesn’t last or project as much. I give it 6/10. It works great at the gym.

Original Blend Penguin is fresh, citrusy, with a touch of amber. It starts fruity and soon turns semi-sweet and musky. It’s simple and pleasant, but not passionate or addictive; the scent stays almost the same from start to finish. It’s versatile for any casual occasion, school, or sports. Lasted a bit over 6 hours with low projection. Ideal for anyone starting out in perfumes, teens, or young adults, because it doesn’t bother anyone.

I mainly smell lavender and suede, nothing else. As it dries down, it smells like graphite, like a pencil lead. Overall it’s good, with a one-hour trail and 6 to 8 hours of longevity depending on the skin. It was a pleasant surprise, but I wouldn’t repurchase because it can get tiring, especially for daily office wear, although it worked best there. It’s discreet, unpretentious, and most people like it. Buy only if it’s cheap and wait a while before buying again.

It seems to play with musk and lavender, but not in the exaggerated Narciso Rodríguez style or as wild as Diesel. The musk works naturally, like a common note (even if it isn’t). I’m not a huge musk fan, but it’s pleasant. Ideal for temperate or cold climates.
