I spotted it right when I left; the saleswoman was wearing it and it reminded me of Kenzo Amour Florale because of those white floral notes. But Chic had an elegance and complexity that left Amour feeling far behind—Amour was one of my true loves, and I bought it twice. I didn’t end up buying it because I felt it wasn’t for me at that age or with my budget, haha, it was always pricey in Argentina. I kept telling myself, ‘I’ll buy it soon,’ ‘I’ll buy it soon’… Now it’s discontinued and full of nostalgia. Yesterday, the breeze brought it back to my nose. I’d describe it as a woody white floral, rich in subtle notes, with great depth and texture. It’s nothing like For Her, maybe for a few minutes in some phase, but to me, they’re different. I’ll check if I can grab a mini set next time I’m at the airport; there were still some in the Ezeiza duty-free shop…

Its softness and purity make it ideal for hot days or for women with a gentle temperament and elegant style; it’s floral, with jasmine and neroli as the stars, but with admirable delicacy. It’s the one I like most from the Modern Muse line. This muse seems timeless and understated. Recommended. Long-lasting, though with a moderate sillage.

I tried it at Macy’s: it’s an excellent perfume, elegant and classy. All in this line are great, but this is a new Estée Lauder release—not very floral or sweet. It’s a divine combination: cashmere wood, suede, and patchouli. Lasts 7 hours, and I wish I could keep that scent all day. I absolutely love it, just like Tom Ford’s Oud Wood; these are perfumes that leave a trail wherever you go!
