Green, fresh, summery. First in the Voyage collection and I absolutely loved it. It’s all fig and fig leaf (even though they don’t list them in the notes), with a touch of woods and a sweet base. I don’t detect the other florals. It reminds me of a famous fragrance… I’d say it’s the great-granddaughter of Ninfeo Mio by Annick Goutal, but less organic, with that classic ‘perfume’ scent, and much simpler, though it holds up well. Others compare it to Philosykos by Diptyque. If you’re looking for something green and don’t want to spend a fortune, it’s a good option. I’d classify it as unisex. The sillage and longevity are average; you’ll need to reapply.
Great value for money. Even though it’s an entry-level brand, the opening doesn’t smell like alcohol; it has real quality with that typical dry, dirty fig leaf green. Then, like all these perfumes, it drifts into coconut (mysteries of life, hehe), gradually fading the green notes. What lasts, lasts, but the sillage is fairly soft, more like Philosykos. I’m not drawn to this style right now, but honestly, it’s really good.
Does anyone know a perfume similar to The Body Shop’s Italian Summer? They discontinued it and I have a crazy soft spot for it.
