Perfumes de Natasha Côté

Born in Québec and raised in Toronto, Natasha Côté-Mouzannar grew up in a melting pot of cultures, surrounded by influences from Trinidad, Pakistan, India, and Italy. Her childhood was filled with music, curiosity, and an appreciation for the different people who visited her home. Raised in a bilingual family, Natasha attended a bilingual school and embraced her Francophone heritage. Her happy, simple education—as well as her distinction as the only Canadian perfumer—have contributed to her unique perspective on the world.

Although specific details about Natasha’s education are not provided, her experiences growing up in a multicultural environment have undoubtedly shaped her approach to perfume creation. Her work has gone beyond geographic borders, as she has collaborated with various international brands, including Katy Perry, Mary Kay, Natura, O Boticário, Rihanna, Scents of Wood, Seven Skies, and Vera Wang.

Natasha’s inspirations are rooted in the richness of everyday life itself, drawing from her interactions with people, conversations, travel, cooking, and observing children’s boundless curiosity. However, she finds her greatest inspiration in the wisdom of older people, valuing the stories they share and the connections they forge. These life experiences and relationships have contributed to Natasha’s unique approach to creating perfumes.

She looks for the perfect accord, where every element finds its place without losing its ability to stand out. Her perfumes embody her belief in celebrating individuality, contours, and the unity of diverse parts.
