  1. I don’t know if Jonathan David is mocking us or trying to sell us snake oil in 2026.

After testing it with all kinds of fragrances and compositions, my expectations were higher, though I always keep them reserved to avoid disappointment. On my skin, I notice a slight change, which is normal and I see it as an intentional layering. I tried it with Xponential alongside Naxos, Guilty Absolute, Habdan, and The Voice of the Snake; on my ungrateful skin, which seems to have Teflon, the results were mixed. I compared both arms, with and without the boost, under different humidity, temperature, and pollution conditions throughout the day. The longevity increased, but not substantially: about 40 minutes longer in the best cases, and then barely any trace. The scent difference is minimal, especially with Day Boost (Night Boost is more noticeable in the dry-down). Considering the price, if the base fragrance is worth it, I think it’s worth it, though for the cheaper ones I prefer to reapply. The best thing is to try before you buy; every skin is different. I’ll post the same for Day and Night Boost since the experience is identical.

  3. @Jonathan David, curious that your only review is giving this a 10… I was hesitant to buy the Night Boost, but now I know it’s all smoke as @Hervi says.

  4. It smells like fabric softener on white linen: light, but with a persistent trail without being overwhelming. When used alone, I think it pairs perfectly with musky fragrances like Narciso Rodríguez.

What can I say? Juan created a work of art. I applied it with Acqua di Gio and it turned into beast mode; people used to love me, now they do, maybe because it projects more. I already use it alone and I love it; they say it smells like a well-groomed man, but I feel it’s like coming straight out of the laundry, that exquisite clean scent. Plus, the longevity is incredible: it’s been on my shirt for a week and it still smells. I think it will become my signature.
