Honestly, I haven’t tried any of the three Christian Louboutin fragrances that just launched, but I’m going straight to the bottle: I don’t know if it’s my ignorance or what, but their glass designs don’t say anything to me. If anyone sees something I’m missing, please let me know, haha. However, since this house makes shoes like Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Sergio Rossi, and Salvatore Ferragamo, I expected them to beat Carolina Herrera to the punch with a Stiletto-style Good Girl bottle, featuring a black heel and red sole, which would have been spectacular. Being under Puig, I’m sure the light of originality didn’t turn on for them sooner; I’m certain it would have been a huge commercial hit. But to be fair, a heel-shaped bottle already existed thanks to Anna Dello Russo, though it wasn’t as well-executed as the Good Girl concept.
