  This is crazy. It has a very strange evolution: it starts strong, citrusy, and synthetic. Then you smell the Super Fairy cream perfume. After two hours, it no longer seems like the cream and turns into Burberry Her. In the dry down, it becomes a sweet and fruity scent, but cheap, those that project massively, overwhelm you, and make you want to die from smelling so much of them. I don’t know, try it before buying because it’s unpredictable. Don’t let yourself be swept away by the first impression in the store. By the way, the projection and longevity are brutal.

  Does Super Milk’s sweetness bother you? Super Fairy turns those revolutions down. It’s still a sweet gourmand, sure, but the cotton candy is the absolute protagonist. It’s like if Snow Fairy and Super Milk had a child. The cotton candy from SF mixes with the citrus caramel from SM, without being as strident as SM’s citrus or having that gum-like aftertaste of SF. It’s the best of both worlds.

  I’m holding back on loving it. I’d never tried Snow Fairy before, and since I’m usually bold with my purchases, here goes: the opening is an intense strawberry gum, super childish and lollipop-like. I expected more of the lime’s acidity from Super Milk, but that wasn’t the case. At first, I totally rejected it, but over time it changed. A more wearable sweetness emerged, and the dry down does remind me of Super Milk, like a lemon cake with that chewy touch. That really helped. It’s true it’s more for a younger crowd, but it’s not bad for layering with other Lush products if you want more sweetness, because in the end, it does smell like vanilla and cotton candy.
