Rebel Tonka is beautiful, warmer and more enveloping than rebellious. To me, it smells like sugared coffee with spices. As it dries, the tonka takes over and is incredibly realistic, like smelling a bakery tin of tonka beans—sweet and aromatic. It has a creamy quality and reminds me of chai tea blends. Moderate trail and excellent longevity, about 10 hours on skin and longer on clothes. The quality of these water-based fragrances is top-notch. Ideal for fall and winter; Tropica is great for summer, but Bossa Wood didn’t convince me due to weak projection. Rating 9.5/10, I would buy again without hesitation.
Opens fresh with bergamot, but it’s creamy, warm, spicy, almond-like with coffee, sweetened by tonka and vanilla, and aromatic with benzoin and amber. Milky, it reminds me of Chai Tea. Delicious for any season, though I enjoy it most in fall/spring, those sunny but cold days. It doesn’t evolve much; you smell the same all the time, but it lasts at least 8 hours and is very addictive; I can’t stop smelling my arm. Strong trail for the first 3-4 hours, then closer to the skin. Totally unisex. I love all three from the brand.
Finally on Fragrantica! Another gem from the Spanish vegan alcohol-free house. Bought it blind based on the pyramid and I have no regrets. Smells like spiced, sweet, and delicious tonka bean. Opens with cardamom and macadamia, then blends into coffee with milk and almond over a benzoin base. Some see it as a cappuccino, others as chai latte; for me, it’s a middle ground—spiced, creamy, and lactonic. Warm but clean, super versatile. I’d wear it all year, though it suits me best in fall/winter. 100% unisex, lasts about 8 hours with moderate projection. I love it, soon I’ll be finishing the first bottle.
Original and powerful, nothing like the soft Tropica and Bossa Wood. Rebel Tonka is bold, a name that fits perfectly. It’s the most unisex, with a slight masculine touch. Powerful, dense, and with incredible longevity for an alcohol-free scent. Opens citrusy, fresh, and spicy; dries into a woody, tonka, and coffee profile with a rich body thanks to the benzoin. Very original and striking, I see it as versatile for any season.
