  • Pleasant surprise! I thought, since it’s ‘beast mode,’ it would give me headaches like other Arab perfumes, but not at all. It’s very loud but smells like Baileys Irish Cream and didn’t make me dizzy. Yes, in the heat it overwhelms due to sweetness, but for parties and cold weather, it’s a winner. I’ll just add that it seemed very linear, but since I love wine-infused coffee, it didn’t bother me at all (though I prefer ones that evolve). Cheers.

  • Smells like powdery vanilla. You can’t even tell there’s rum or coffee, and the chocolate is barely noticeable.

Excellent fragrance with a tipsy rum touch, sensational dark chocolate, and sweet sugarcane notes. Highly addictive, pure vice, and it radiates quality for the price we pay. Highly recommended. It’ll be on my channel in a few hours. I invite everyone to try it; it’ll be a trend! 😎👌🏻

Great job, Emper! Every nose is different, but I’m surprised people say it doesn’t smell like coffee when that’s the dominant note from start to finish. It’s a tipsy coffee with a Baileys-style vanilla touch. It’s not linear; at first, you notice some ash, nothing bad, but by hour one, it’s just coffee and liquor. Projection lasts 2 or 3 hours, and longevity is 8 or 9 hours in a delicious bubble that doesn’t get tiring. Perfect for cold weather and nights; I don’t think it works in the heat.

Great job, Emper! Every nose is different, but I’m surprised people say they can’t smell the coffee; it’s the queen note from start to finish. It’s a tipsy coffee with Baileys-style vanilla. It’s not linear; at first, it smells like ash, not unpleasant, but by hour one, only the coffee and liquor remain. Projection lasts 2 or 3 hours, and longevity is 8 or 9 hours in a delicious bubble that doesn’t get tiring. Ideal for cold weather and nights, not so much for heat.

  • I own several Arab perfumes, but this EMPER is the only one I have. It’s an absolute hit: smells amazing, it’s addictive, and I can’t stop smelling my wrist. I don’t know the Killian Phantom, but I’m sure it’s a beast. I see it as unisex, though on me it feels masculine; it’s totally my style. Perfect for fall, winter, or spring nights. It lasts about 5 hours, but for my dry skin, that’s an eternity. The price-to-quality ratio is pure profit, on par with Lalique’s Encre Noir.

It’s somewhat close to Khamrah Qahwa by Lattafa, but Qahwa has power and Phantom doesn’t. It’s not an exact clone of Kilian’s Black Phantom… this would be about 50% similarity with its own personality. Reviews said it fills rooms and is super sweet, claiming 90% similarity to Kilian… hmm, that’s not true unless you live in a small room. It’s not an atomic scent. Its opening reminds me of opening a bottle of rum and smelling a chocolate bar, with timid green coffee, timid heliotrope, almond liqueur, and a touch of toasted sugar, maybe some soft sandalwood nearby. It’s not as original as people think; other Arabic perfumes have released similar things. Its fixation follows you well for about three hours; I applied it to my clothes, but it leaves no trail or sillage. If you buy it thinking it’s an atomic trail, this isn’t it. If you say it’s powerful and leaves a trail, think of Mugler A*Men, Joop pour Homme, Jaguar Green pour Homme, Art of Arabia III, Lattafa, JPG Elixir, etc. I won’t buy it again; it seemed very lame… a formula repeated in other Arabic perfumes

  • Phantom My Hero by Emper is a gourmand oriented more toward the male audience, highlighting chocolate, rum, coffee, and caramel. It creates a rich, enveloping profile that will attract lovers of sweet and warm scents. Its performance is very good in longevity and projection, ideal for daily use. Plus, its price makes it tempting. It didn’t completely dazzle me, but that doesn’t mean it lacks quality. I recommend trying it before buying; it could be a pleasant surprise

It’s a cloying, graceless disaster, like whipping coffee and keeping adding sugar until the foam breaks. Even though I love sweet perfumes, this composition is terrifying. I wouldn’t recommend it; I’d go with French Avenue’s Spectre Wraith instead—it’s less sticky and more wearable. The only good thing (though it was bad for me) is that it lasts and projects well.

A cloying, pointless mess, like whipping coffee and then dumping sugar on the cream. I love sweet perfumes, but this seemed terribly composed to me. I don’t recommend it; I’d go more for Spectre Wraith by French Avenue, which is less cloying and more wearable. One positive point (which was negative for me): very good longevity and projection

  • Josué González Céspedes

An amazing fragrance, 100% recommended blind, and it’s a 100% dupe equal to Black Phantom

  • Josué González Céspedes

It’s a bomb, I recommend it blindly, and it’s a 100% clone of Black Phantom.

Not much to say: the price is good for what it offers, but the scent didn’t blow my mind. At first, when I applied it and during the test hours, I didn’t like it because it smelled like cheap cinnamon room spray. Curiously, that smell came out when it dried; the first hour it smelled good. After months, it improved, but I’m still indifferent. Performance: good longevity, a solid eight hours for its type. The issue is projection: many say it fills rooms, but in my case, it wasn’t. It’s moderate to low, maybe designed for dates, keeping you in your personal bubble for about two hours. Occasions and weather: perfect for close encounters, dates, or if you don’t like brutal projection—it’s not invasive. Ideal for cold climates, it performs better there. Verdict: Scent 7/10, Longevity 9/10, Projection 6/10. Weather: Cold. Occasion: Night dates. Outfit: Casual and semi-formal. Would I recommend it? Only if you like sweet, non-invasive fragrances

  • santiksco

Powerful and gourmand fragrance, not for everyone, but if you over-spray it, it gives you a headache; that’s the downside. The good thing is it smells incredible: elegant, nocturnal, and exquisite. Imagine a chocolate dessert with liquor, notes of caramel, sugarcane, and dark chocolate, then comes in the rum and coffee listed on the sheet. It’s not a blind buy, but if you’re looking for something different that stands out, Phantom My Hero is your path.

  • santiksco

Powerful, alcoholic, and gourmand fragrance—not for everyone. If you over-spray, it can give you a headache, but that’s the only downside. The rest is excellent: elegant, nocturnal, and exquisite. It’s like a chocolate dessert with liquor. You taste caramel, raw sugar, and dark chocolate, then notes of rum and coffee. Not a blind buy, but if you want something different that stands out, Phantom My Hero is your path

  • brillante cuero negro

Mmm, it feels more balanced than Spectre Wraith. In Spectre, the patchouli and sugar are very overpowering; in this Phantom My Hero, I don’t feel it’s masculine. In my opinion, both are unisex, even with a feminine touch

  • Ugh, smells like red wine and gave me nausea. Luckily I hadn’t eaten, or I would have been sick. Giving it a 3/10

  • One of my favorites of the year: powerful, cheap, and smells the best. It’s addictive and a must-have in my collection. If this smells like this, Killian’s Black Phantom must be on another level. 10/10.

  • Terrible. It smells like red wine and gave me nausea. Luckily I hadn’t eaten, or I would have thrown up everything. I’d give it a 3/10.

  • I love the 2025 perfumes: easy, powerful, cheap, and smell absolutely incredible. It’s addictive and a must-have in my collection. If this is what it smells like, I can only imagine what the Black Phantom by Killian is. 10/10

  • Arab perfumery has very shifting and complex nuances, as this fragrance shows. The opening features alcoholic chocolate notes, like eating a semisweet chocolate truffle filled with liquor. That’s fine until the dry-down, where it becomes so sweet and sour it turns cloying. I get the impression of an acidic peach note, the kind that causes nausea. It’s not wearable or masculine in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend it.

  • It’s like those coffee-brandy flasks you used to drink in the cold; this is the same thing. If you like it, it’s an addictive scent. I’m not saying it’s safe to buy blind and that everyone will like it. It’s the perfume most similar to a beverage I’ve seen, which sounds weird. I loved it, and if you like extravagant perfumes, this will be right up your alley.

  • Oh, I just tried it (thank goodness I bought a decant and didn’t dive in blind with the bottle). At first glance, I didn’t like it at all; the coffee and chocolate notes are there, but the smell is very alcoholic. We’ll see how it develops in the dry-down… You might as well go for your Khamrah, because it seems like a better scent and it’s a beast mode.

  • Incredible, a delight, but not for everyone because the scent is strong or seems too weird to some. I bought it blind (which I don’t recommend) and loved it from the first sniff. It’s sweet but not cloying or dizzying. For me, it’s way better than the Khamrah Qahwa (a dupe for the Glade Apple Cinnamon air freshener); here, you actually taste coffee, chocolate, bitter chocolate, and caramel sweetness. When it dries, it becomes powdery and is exquisite from start to finish. I recommend 4-5 sprays for day and 8 for night; it seems more masculine to me.

  • Weird; to me, it smells like ‘drunk,’ like red wine. It lasts, but I don’t see it on someone young like me. I gifted it to my dad, who’s around 50, and he picks up a leather note that my mom and I love. Maybe it just doesn’t suit my chemistry, but it definitely works better on someone older. My mom loves smelling it on my dad. It has good projection, so please don’t wear it in the heat.

  • I own a decant of Black Phantom and both of these Arab dupe clones: Spectre and Phantom My Hero. Spectre projects more, but if you over-spray, it bothers you. Phantom My Hero does the opposite; I barely smell it, but others can detect it. In my opinion, Phantom My Hero is easier to wear and costs less than half of Spectre. With both, I sometimes layer them to boost projection without overwhelming myself.

  • Yikes! I bought it blind for a laughable price and what a surprise… it smells like coffee liqueur with a very subtle chocolate/vanilla undertone. If you’re looking for a gourmand or sweet perfume, this isn’t it.

  • Smells exquisite when dry, leaving a powdered chocolate/coffee and woody sandalwood scent on skin and clothes. I wore it to work today; it smelled great and projected just enough, but didn’t overwhelm me. I like it, but I’m not obsessed. I’ll keep testing it over three weeks to see if it grows on me. For now, if you’re thinking of buying, go ahead, but smell it first—it’s cozy and inviting if you don’t over-spray. At this price, it’s no problem. EDIT 11/02/26: I’m not rambling, just updating as promised. The scent has perfected itself and is now rich and addictive. No exaggeration, I love it too much; I can’t stop smelling myself and can’t wait to wear it on my next outing.

  • No, it’s terrible. When it dries, it smells like soap, just like Emir de Paris Corner’s ‘You’re Drugged.’ NO NEED TO SAY ANY MORE, MR. JUDGE.

  • Perfumista choro🔥🥷

One of the best cheap buys out there. I grabbed a tester for under $10. The only downside is it’s not for everyone, so don’t buy blind. You’ll definitely either love or hate it, but it’s a risk worth taking for the price. Performance and sillage are top-notch. I recommend it, just with caution.
