Very rich, elegant, long-lasting, and not offensive to the nose. A 10/10.
Well, I bought this fragrance (if that’s even what you’d call it) from Josué Montaño, a Samy seller in Mexico, and that’s when my nightmare began. I ordered two, and it seems he forgot to send one, as only one arrived. When I complained, he initially admitted a mistake and promised to send the rest, but it took over three weeks. When the second arrived, it was Parme Aoud when I had ordered Samy Andraus GS. I complained again, and he hasn’t responded in two weeks. Apart from the terrible service from the Samy seller, the fragrance is weird; it smells very synthetic. I don’t know if it’s tampered with or lacks oud, but it doesn’t smell like oud—it smells citrusy and lasts a breath. As previous comments say, try before you buy. I recommend avoiding deals with the so-called Josué Montaño: terrible service and a reputation for selling fakes.
Before spending on Sammy, try it first: it’s a total scam. Out of three fragrances ordered, all three are bad, synthetic, and have terrible longevity. The Aoud Space smells like vanilla and burnt plastic and has no oud. Musk Flame is another pseudo-creation with bad notes and vanilla that overpowers everything. The Parme Oud is ridiculous: it doesn’t even have synthetic oud to justify the price. It’s wood with an orange smell, a poorly made blend. What a pity for Sammy for improvising in perfumery.
I bought Parme Aoud and absolutely loved it. It smells premium and feels high-quality. Now I’m waiting for the Acqua di Parma Oud Colonia Concentrated (the brown bottle) to compare. On my skin, it lasts over 7 hours with just two sprays: starts citrusy, then turns woody with the oud. Highly recommended.
Before spending on Sammy, try something else first; it’s a scam. Out of three orders, all three were terrible: synthetic, poor longevity and projection. The Aoud Space smells like vanilla and burnt plastic with no oud. Musk Flame is another fake creation with vanilla that drowns everything out and has minimal lasting power. And the Parme Oud… it doesn’t even have synthetic oud. How can they charge so much without the note? It smells like wood with an orange scent, a poorly made blend. Shame on Sammy for improvising in perfumery.
To be my first blind buy of this extrait, it exceeded my expectations ten thousand times over. A seductive scent I see as unisex; so far, I’ve only worn it twice since receiving it. It lasted over 12 hours, though the last bits were skin-level. At some point, it reminds me of a fruit from my homeland, the feijoa, which is a delight. Incredible praise on the first day, from home to work; a colleague even wanted to buy it after smelling it. Only two days of testing, in cold Bogotá weather (10 to 15 degrees) with combination skin. A bit complicated to buy from here, but not impossible.
I recently acquired Parme Aoud and the scent pleased me quite a bit; it feels high quality. I hope to receive the Acqua di Parma Oud Colonia Concentrée soon to update the comparison. On my skin, this rich fragrance by Samy has great longevity (easily over 7 hours) with just 2 sprays. It’s citrusy at the start, then woody from the oud. Recommended.

When it finally arrived, it was Parme Aoud when I had ordered Samy Andraus GS. He hasn’t replied in two weeks. Besides the terrible service, the fragrance smells very synthetic, doesn’t smell like oud (though it might be faked), is citrusy, and lasts barely a moment. Listen to the reviews: try before you buy and don’t deal with Josué Montaño—terrible service and he sells fakes.

For the third time reviewing this magnificent fragrance, in case jealous rivals try to erase it and overshadow the perfumer. Parme Aoud is my first extrait in the collection. In a month and a half, it’s a delicious mix of citrus, florals, and woods, including oud, evoking a creamy alcoholic aperitif from my country. At first, orange and bergamot for 15 to 20 minutes. Then comes that delicious blend that projects for 4 to 5 hours with a trail of a meter; then it drops to skin-level, with total longevity of up to 14 hours (sometimes 10). It’s winter-appropriate, ideal for autumn and winter, special occasions, evening wear, and formal or semi-formal outfits. Combination skin, climate between 6 and 18°C. Longevity: 10/10, Sillage: 7/10, Projection: 8/10, Versatility: 5/10.
I love it from the start; if the sky smelled like this, I’d be there already. It’s elegant upon application and gives a boost if you’re feeling down. Forget generic perfumes: it smells unique, in a new way. It’s soft, not intrusive. There’s a rose undertone that persists, so if you don’t like rose, you’ll have issues. It also smells of distinct leather, very pleasant. The combination is intriguing, and I’ll be wearing it more. It doesn’t smell like cheap alcohol or deteriorate; it stays consistent, and that’s good because it reminds you of its scent. Was it worth it? Yes, because it’s cheap and you get a fine fragrance with extreme longevity.
