I first noticed it through the Lush shower gel. At first, it smells like car air freshener or stuffed animals, but once it dries, it turns into a cheerful summer scent that gets better with time. Note: the trail fades quite quickly, but it’s worth it.
Pansy is pure nature with a bohemian touch. It starts green and vibrant with rosemary, softened by citrus bergamot. Then it becomes juicy with blackberry and florals, finishing with a warm, resinous base of galbanum and labdanum. It’s like a stroll through a spring garden: fresh, elegant, and authentic—perfect for everyday wear or an outdoor brunch.
Love it and hate it. I bought it in Spain and loved it at first, but now it gives me a nose bomb. I adore the rosemary and spa vibe, but the opening is too potent and makes my stomach turn. After a few minutes, the intensity drops and it becomes more bearable. It reminds me of a trip to Madrid and I want it, but in my semi-tropical climate, I don’t see myself wearing it daily. 6.5/10.
Now it smells fresh and clean, perfect for summer or indoor spaces. It’s not invasive and doesn’t bother you even if you over-spray. It smells green and floral, very pleasant—it’s one of those scents that instantly lifts your mood.
I tested it on blotter paper, so I don’t know about the trail or longevity, but it usually performs the same on skin. It smells like soda; I imagine it as fun and capable of lifting spirits with its fizziness. It’s for home or very casual outings.
