Bought shortly after arriving in the EU on a recommendation, and it’s already one of my favorites. The box is gorgeous and protects the golden bottle with its red, snake-patterned design and heavy cap. It opens with a sweet and sour blast of liqueur, featuring cherries, raspberries, and bergamot. It smells like old syrup or aspirin, juicy and intense, akin to brandy or maraschino. It projects from over a meter away. Then, amidst the ripe fruits, a blend of praline, heliotrope, jasmine, and roses emerges, lasting for hours with elegant floral freshness. Later, the liqueur note fades, leaving a base of patchouli and vetiver on the skin, though tonka bean and vanilla are noticeable from a distance. The cherries, praline, and bergamot remain distinct hours later, like a creamy dessert—sweet but not cloying. It’s unisex, leaning feminine, enveloping you warmly by combining creamy sweetness with fruits and flowers; an irresistible gourmand.
To my nose, it smells just like Maison Alhambra’s Lovely Cherry but with more punch. It’s a very prominent cherry scent with a powerful opening. I see it as a night fragrance and perfect for cold weather; it has a unisex vibe. Highly recommended, and I love the bottle. I wouldn’t buy it blindly, but the price-to-quality ratio is a hit.

I’ve had it since yesterday, and it’s a sweet liqueur-style black cherry that quickly evolves into cherry with tobacco leaves (not cigarette-like), giving it a smoky finish. Ultimately, it’s a sweet compote-style cherry. If you know Kayali’s VRSP, it’s like mixing that with cherry at the start. It doesn’t seem long-lasting at first, but that’s true for almost everything (even niche perfumes). Edit: After a week, it’s still subtle, only noticeable right after spraying.
