Nude by Bill Blass is an aldehydic floral fragrance for women, launched in 1991. The nose behind this composition is Sophia Grojsman. The top notes are aldehydes, galbanum, rosemary, and bergamot; the heart notes are oakmoss, narcissus, ylang-ylang, jasmine, and rose; and the base notes are iris root, musk, sandalwood, and vetiver.

This perfume is wonderful for my taste; I’ve been wearing it for over a decade. I always try to have one on hand; it’s definitely one of my favorites: like the most exquisite and clean talc ever bottled. I wear it year-round, though I prefer it in winter and fall. It has good staying power; a little goes a long way and it lasts quite a while.
A very pleasant powdery perfume with an intense opening that fades considerably after 15 minutes, becoming soft while keeping that clean touch. Moderate longevity, about 3 hours.
Beautiful powdery note, a fragrance that smells clean with a fresh, slightly aldehydic opening. It’s a classic elegant example of how to handle difficult aldehyde notes and galbanum; the harshness of these notes is completely absent.
The aldehyde opening is strong and unpleasant to me, but it settles into a clean, feminine, floral scent, like very fine talc. Great value for money.
