  It’s very soft, like a perfume for brand-new dolls. I don’t detect any citrus or sweetness; on my skin, it smells like powdery musk. I’ll wear it at the office because it’s not intrusive.

  It smells very soft, floral, and powdery with a sandalwood note. It doesn’t last long and has little projection, but it’s ideal for wearing at home, when going shopping, or to the gym. It’s pretty but doesn’t stand out.

  I bought this blind based on the notes and what a pleasant surprise! The first spray smells like Dior’s Dolce Vita, that epic fragrance that was my first in 1998—a beast of longevity inside a bottle that looked like a champagne flute. Love Generation Pin-Up has that sparkling, citrusy POP, it smells like a party. It’s softer and more wearable than the classic Dior, a bit sweeter, I detect a musky note with something reminiscent of camphor, not sure what that is. The box lists top notes of bergamot and tangerine, heart of rose and jasmine, and a base of sandalwood, patchouli, and musk. The jasmine is noticeable, the tangerine not at all. It’s more sparkling than citrusy. It doesn’t last long on the skin, but for the price, it’s great; it’s a nice little perfume without harsh alcoholic or synthetic aftertastes.
