  • What a delicious cherry at first, it’s so good you want to bite into it. Then it fades, and you notice a frankincense note blending with the others until the very end.

  • It opens like an incredibly sweet cherry liqueur, then calms down with woods and leather. Lasts over 12 hours on skin with moderate projection. It’s a brutal fragrance. 10/10.

It’s 95% similar to Tom Ford’s Cherry Smoke, but it lasts like Lost Cherry; after 6-7 hours, it’s gone. I expected more, perhaps with maceration. For the price, it’s excellent. The opening is liqueur-soaked cherry with saffron, then it fades and feels more smoky, a beautiful evolution. Sexy and nocturnal, unisex but leaning feminine with femme fatale vibes; I can’t imagine a man wearing this. For the price, 10/10. Edit: After months of use and layering, I nailed it. It resembles Creed’s Carmina (though I didn’t know it). It lacks the rose note that stands out in the Carmina, so I layered it with rose essential oil and it became boosted Carmina. The complaint about short duration evaporated: now it lasts over 12 hours on skin and the trail reaches the stratosphere.

  • I tried a decant out of curiosity for the cherry notes. It opens with a very lively and sweet cherry, like heart-shaped lollipops. As it settles, you perceive that cherry but dirtier, I guess due to the guaiac wood. That lively cherry matures into a less sweet, more velvety scent in the dry down. Good perfume for all seasons except summer, which can be overwhelming. I lean towards the feminine side.

  • Brilliant and loud opening, sparkling cherry like a soda or gummy candy, fun and unisex sensation, but it lasts only minutes. Then saffron, woods, and smoke lower the intensity, maintaining the line until it disappears in a few hours. The cherry reappears in the background, like a ghost. It has an Arabic perfume quirk: it smells sensational in the air, but if you put your nose to it, it’s not as pleasant. I liked it a lot, it has good evolution, but the initial performance seems moderate. If it improves over time, I’ll edit the review.

  • Long-lasting woody cherry. Unisex, but in my opinion, feminine. Sweet, dry, and delicate. This perfume makes an impression.

  • It launches wonderfully and strikingly—sparkling cherries like a soda or candy, very fun and unisex. However, it lasts only minutes before saffron, woods, and a hint of smoke tone it down, maintaining that line until it fades in a few hours. The cherry remains in the background, which is curious because it seems to appear and disappear. It has a quirk I’ve noticed in several Arabic scents: it smells sensational in the air a few centimeters from the skin, but if you put your nose right up to it, it’s not as pleasant. I liked it a lot and it has great evolution, but the initial performance seems moderate to me. If it changes with oxygen, I’ll edit the review.

  • It’s a beast. At first, it smells like cherry, metal, and smoked garlic to me, and when it dries down, it smells like honey; in fact, my dad hated this last part because he’s allergic to pollen and derivatives, and the honey is part of that mix.

  • I left it stored for months and when I used it again, I went crazy. Two sprays and the room filled with a beautiful aroma. It has turned into a beast, lasting and projecting excessively. The tart cherry is more present, smoky, with woods and incense. I was surprised by the change, something that happens with other perfumes but in a notable way. If you like cherry, it’s a masterpiece, just give it time.

It copies the concept of Tom Ford’s Cherry Smoke. While the TF has dark, acidic, smoky, woody, and liqueur-soaked cherry, this takes a different path: dark cherry with intense sweetness that lasts minutes, then calms down to make way for an ambered, balsamic, and woody aroma. The result is a warm, delicious ambered cherry scent. Both are good, but for the price, Lattafa wins. The scent is exquisite and refined, literally the price of a sandwich for a delicious, elegant, serious, and playful smell. The bottle is lovely, high-quality opaque glass with a nice metal cap, though it can’t handle much weight. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The best perfume of my life, no exaggeration. It opens with intense, tart cherry and spicy saffron, smelling like candied cherry or a gummy candy, but it fades in minutes. Then it turns smoky, incense-like, with woods and an elegant, dense ambered balsamic touch. The cherry reappears like a ghost. Some say it smells metallic or like pure honey, weird but it works. The dry down smells like fine leather or dark suede; it drives me crazy. Performance is beastly with maceration: starts at 6-7 hours, then turns into a monster that fills rooms for over 12 hours. The trail is brutal. Note: on the skin, it might not please as much as in the air, which is common with Arabic perfumes. Only for autumn/winter or rainy days; in summer, it’s suffocating. More feminine than masculine, sexy and sophisticated, with no versatility. For the price, it’s a steal, absolutely worth it. Rating: 98/100.

This is the best perfume I’ve ever owned, watch out, I’m not exaggerating. The opening with intense, very intense acidic cherry and moderately spicy saffron is crazy; it smells like candied cherry, almost like candy or soda, but it lasts literally minutes and evaporates (unfortunately). Then it becomes smoky, incense-like, with woods and an amber balsamic touch that is elegant but dense. The cherry is still there, but hidden, appearing and disappearing like a ghost. Some say it smells metallic or like pure honey, which is weird but it works; there’s a little scent in the dry-down like Fine Leather or Dark Suede that drives me crazy. The performance is beastly if you let it macerate. Fresh out of the box, it’s moderate, max 6-7 hours, regular projection (I put on 10 sprays and go overboard). But after a few months, it turns into a beast that projects and lasts over 12 hours easily, filling rooms. The trail is brutal. Watch out, on the skin up close it might not be as pleasant as in the air; it’s a quirk I’ve noticed in several Arabic perfumes, and this one is the same. I only use it in autumn/winter and at night or on rainy days; in summer, it suffocates. It’s more feminine than masculine to my taste, though it’s unisex. Sexy, sophisticated, but don’t expect versatility. For the price, it’s a steal, absolutely worth it. Overall Rating: [98/100]

  • Not for men, not for women, it smells like a dentist’s office or disinfectant. It’s for no one, not even as a room freshener. Total disaster.

A true beauty. While it lacks the complexity of Tom Ford’s Cherry Smoke, it’s quite close; I confess that since I couldn’t get the original, I was forced to try this inspiration. It doesn’t do a bad job, but it lacks that charm and mystery of Tom Ford’s work. They’re similar to a certain extent, but the quality is abysmal. It opens with an acidic black cherry and a hint of brandy, but it lacks that well-executed smoky note of Cherry Smoke. It’s dark, but it lacks that enigmatic touch. It gets you close to the original version, but it lacks the magic that transports you. Still, it’s good, perfect for cool climates, with a slight amber touch. Is it worth it? Maybe, it depends on you. It’s not very versatile, but when you wear it, people notice you for about 7 hours. If you’re a collector, you can keep it for the bottle; despite being extravagant, it’s still eye-catching.

It’s a gem, though it doesn’t quite reach the complexity of Tom Ford’s Cherry Smoke. Since I couldn’t get the original, I settled for this alternative. It’s not bad, but it lacks that magical, mysterious touch of the TF. It opens with bright, liqueur-soaked black cherry, but without that masterfully executed smokiness. It’s dark with a slight woody note; while it lacks that transporting magic, it’s great for cool weather. Not versatile, but it lasts about 7 hours and makes an impression. If you’re a collector, it’s worth it for the bottle, which is extravagant and eye-catching.
