It passed through my collection in a flash. It’s a full-on citrus fragrance with subtle sweet touches of tangerine and fruit. There’s an acidic and bitter edge, likely from the bergamot and lemon, which didn’t quite click for me; thinking about it, it’s just not my style. Also, I don’t know why my nose itched every time I wore it (to be expected, I’m allergic to a lot of things, haha). Recommended for fans of Armani Acqua di Gioia or Nina Ricci Bella.
Green Tea Summer is like that summer dress you keep in the back of your closet that always saves the day. It opens with lemon and bergamot, as if you just squeezed citrus fruits to make fresh water in the kitchen. The cyclamen adds personality, like small earrings that complete the look without drawing too much attention. It’s perfect for those normal summer days where life is just fine as it is. Whether you’re heading to the market on Saturday, grabbing a drink on the terrace, or enjoying planless August afternoons without needing any plans. It’s refreshing without being aggressive, fruity without being childish.
I fell in love with it and tried it yesterday. At first, it’s powerful citrus notes, but nothing fake. A few seconds later, I notice a floral note I don’t recognize—maybe cyclamen, judging by the scent. It’s autumn, yet I bought it to add to my collection of this line, alongside the lavender and this one.
