Right out of the bottle, it smells of blackberry, pepper, and citrus that become more prominent over time; as it dries down, it leaves an intimate, soft, warm, and woody trail without being overpowering—perfect for evening or cooler climates. The downside is that even after letting it oxidize for two months, its projection is low and it lasts only 3-4 hours, so you’ll need to reapply. It compliments well in the first hour, then becomes a true skin scent. Given the price, it’s worth a try.
