The formula is a dense portrait of animalic luxury: ambergris, castoreum, deer musk, civet, honey, rose, geranium, benzoin, moss, oud wood and fruiting touches.
Ghaliya Animalia feels less like a traditional pyramid and more like a layered accord. The opening impression is musky and ambered, with an oily, resinous texture that unfolds slowly on skin.
The animalic materials are the backbone: castoreum, deer musk and civet deliver warmth, skin-like depth and a slight leathery pull. Honey and benzoin smooth the edges, while rose and geranium add a floral counterweight. Fruity nuances bring a subtle fresh spiciness.
The balance is consciously sweet and honeyed, with a mossy base that keeps the oud from dominating. It reads as contemplative rather than loud, though it projects well.
This is a concentrated attar-style creation, meant to be worn in small dabs. It leans classic in spirit, with a construction that feels contemporary thanks to the clean blending and the restrained use of rough materials.
Like many Elixir Attar releases, it is unisex and best suited to evening wear or colder weather. The longer it stays on skin, the more the rose and musky ambergris come forward.
