My wife gave it to me as compensation for accidentally breaking two bottles; honestly, I’ve liked it because it doesn’t smell like artificial sweat like the original does and highlights the citrus notes a couple of degrees more. In short, Declaration d’Amour is a more refined and less risky version, ‘translucent’ would be the correct word, though it carries all the Declaration hallmarks.
